Vigilante stalking and the covert use of advanced electronic weapons on vigilante stalking targets is basically the use of lies - again: LIES - to motivate networked groups of citizens to destroy the lives of their innocent targets. These programs are about the ongoing efforts to expose this activity, and hopefully, to stop it. Let me introduce myself: I am Eleonor White, aged 63 and a retired engineer, who has been a vigilante-stalking target since 1980. In 1996, after sixteen years of believing I was the unluckiest person on the planet, I got on the Internet and discovered there are other people who are also being targeted. Since then I have been an activist who is trying to expose and stop this living nightmare. My website is "multistalkervictims.org". And if you forget the website's name, just type in "multistalker" into a search engine and you will find it without much trouble, although... my sites tend to be barred on library machines. I don't know why. They are certainly not pornographic, but probably for a good reason: they contain the truth. Road To Freedom is a show that will document the struggle of as many as three million North Americans and many other people around the world. They are trying to expose and stop a terrifying crime syndrome. This crime syndrome is called a number of things, but a good name is vigilante gang stalking. And this activity is often made worse by electronic harassment. Road To Freedom will present the information that we, the targets of this crime syndrome, assembled over the past decades. So far this has been the perfect crime for three reasons. First, the used tactics are carefully designed to look like nothing unusual is happening. Their design is an exaggerated and aggravated version of the bad luck-incidents that strike ordinary people once in great while, but the difference is that to us they happen every day. The second reason is that the used technology is silent. It leaves no traces and can be used from hiding places, and it penetrates walls without any difficulty. The third reason is that the justice system appears to provide cover for these crimes. A private investigator who wrote a book on vigilante gang stalking discovered that as well. In future shows we will present the factual material of which the most is available on our websites. We will have guests from among the targets and perhaps a few non-targets with specialized knowledge that has a bearing on this growing crime. Let me think about the best way to introduce our listeners to vigilante gang stalking. Throughout our lives we all have mishaps. We find our car blocked in by another car while the driver can't be found. We have a favourite piece of clothing shredded by the cleaners. We are in a hurry and arrive at the convenience store just in time to find a dozen people entering ahead of us. Some idiot from a side street stops his car in the traffic so that we have to slam our brakes. Or we have a noisy neighbour. These normal mishaps happen occasionally, once in a couple of months or years, right? Suppose, listener, you suddenly start having at least one normal mishap every day. And now suppose these every day-mishaps continued for months, years, or even decades. When you start complaining about this incredible run of bad luck to family and friends you will quickly learn that they dismiss you as complaining about life's normal breaks. That is because other people experience these things as well. And if you kept complaining they begin to tune you out and eventually regard you as a bit mentally ill. But there is more: very skilfully executed sabotage of personal possessions. Your car and your property at work are carried on frequently, daily in many cases. The sabotage is always of a type and dollar wise amount that it is hard to get anyone else to take it seriously. For example, a piece of clothing will be damaged right after you purchased it. The clothing won't be completely shredded, but the seams start to open up. If you complain to your family or your friends they will think it was just a poorly manufactured item. But the problem is this happens all the time and we, the targets, know very well this is not happening randomly. And yet there is more. This is the big one. Lies are fed to the targets family, co-workers, neighbours and people in the areas that the target frequents. Lies are used to cleverly disrupt friendship, business, and even family relationship. And lies work! When the target of this non-stop harassment tries to get help from the traditional sources of help - such as the police, doctors, or just family and friends - the target is shocked to find that he or she is regarded as delusional. Even if the target is imprisoned or hospitalised the harassment continues, because the staff keeps the harassment up, as do other inmates. Once started this living nightmare usually won't stop until the death of the target. The harassment continues wherever the target moves. That is because the gang stalking groups are tightly networked. This type of destruction of the quality of life was historically reserved for people that have - let's say - first hand proof of serious crimes by governments or large corporations. In the 1960's the U.S.-government destroyed in this way activists against the war and for civil rights. That is well documented and will be described in a future show. The program name was COINTELPRO and it CANNOT BE DENIED. What is new at the start of the 21st century is that this kind of destruction of lives is now applied to ordinary people. These people may only have annoyed someone in power. Quite commonly they have no idea why they are targeted. That, listeners, is a small glimpse of what we call vigilante gang stalking. The use of seemingly bad luck-events is very effective. Because these skits are identical with life's normal mishaps it is impossible to convey to other people that they are happening far to often to be random events. People won't take your assessment of the frequency seriously. Human beings just don't want to deal with the bad and the ugly. And that holds us back in getting this exposed and stopped. Vigilante gang stalking is one of the baddest and ugliest when you are on the receiving end. The first book on vigilante gang stalking was published in 2001. It is titled "Terrorist Stalking in America" by author-investigator David Lawson. The word "terrorist" in the title is a bit misleading. It doesn't mean "foreign terrorists", but refers to homegrown vigilante gang stalkers in the United States and Canada. Although David Lawson investigated this in only two countries I can tell you, listeners - after having been on the email circuit for nine years now - that this is going on everywhere. A review of this book with plenty of quotes is posted on a couple of different websites, one being the site for this show. On the same site is my review of another book titled: "Mobbing: Emotional Abuse in the American Workplace". Mobbing is the workplace version of vigilante stalking. Another way to say that is that while many people are familiar with being harassed by several people in the workplace, and vigilante stalking is when that spreads out into the community. It is interesting that statistics indicate that 1.3 Swedes in a hundred are targets of mobbing in the workplace. Another survey from England in 2001 showed that more than three people per one hundred were being harassed or stalked at any one time. A survey posted in 2002 received 12,000 visits in 24 hours and of those visitors one person in a hundred stated that they had most or all of the symptoms of vigilante stalking and electronic harassment. So stalking and harassment-studies and the 2002 vigilante stalking survey are right in line with each other and support each other well. Now you may wonder why we call the perpetrators of these stalking gangs "vigilantes". This has to do with what motivates them to carry out the harassment. The answer clearly revealed by David Lawson's book is that the perpetrators of these crimes are deluded into believing that they are heroes. They believe by a number of different deceptions that they are doing their part for the community by keeping criminals (or sinners in the case of religious zealots) in line. They often see their mission as "trying to prevent the target from doing what he or she did the last place they lived". We have reports from members of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous that their membership has caused them to become harassment targets as well. These people suspect that the vigilante harassment crime syndicate has infiltrated the helping agencies and medical establishments. Perhaps this causes the A.A. and N.A.-members to become experiment subjects, or just undergo the punishment that the caring agencies feel they deserve. One of our members discovered that her family had illness and dental symptoms regarded by the authorities as symptoms of met amphetamine-addiction. They became targets of stalkers as the result. This was actually admitted to her by the sheriff in her district. In actual effect their illness was the result of having moved into a home that had been used to manufacture met amphetamine. The toxic chemicals to manufacture meth. apparently stayed around and were sufficient to give them symptoms as if they were addicts. The most difficult aspect of identifying the gangs is that they include people of all walks of life and that look no different from the rest of us. More than that, they include people from the government and medicine who provide an official cover for these gangs. The harassment gang members have generally no criminal records. That is what makes them difficult to prosecute them or getting the local law enforcement to take our complaints seriously. We can't point at someone who is a known biker gang member, for example. Now what about the electronic weapons that are used to assist some of the stalking gangs? Our group of targets and activists discovered four such weapons, which we will go into detail about in future shows. These weapons have existed for years and their existence CAN NOT BE DENIED. The first electronic weapon is Dr. Joseph Sharp's voice-to-skull success performed with Dr. James C. Lin's microwave transmitter. It was announced in 1974, but I bet you never heard of it, listener. Dr. Joseph Sharp's voice-to- skull does NOT require implants to work. The second electronic weapon is Dr. Oliver Lowery's silent sound (U.S. Patent 5,159,703), which is used for self-help subliminal hypnosis tapes and cd's. When silent sound is hooked up to Sharp's voice-to-skull, it can hypnotize an unaware target through the wall and in his bed. Unaware hypnosis is clearly harassment in the extreme! Since an unaware subject will have no recourse, it can utterly destroy someone's personality. The third electronic weapon is a very old medical device called the LIDA- machine. This is a pulsed radio transmitter that can be used to make a target exhausted on the job. With an increase of the pulse rate the LIDA-machine deprives a target of sleep. Thus it can force you into a state of overwhelming fatigue on the job, and it can prevent you from sleeping when you are at home. It can be a very deadly weapon. The LIDA-machine works through walls and does NOT require implants to work. One of the problems we run into when we discuss electronic weapons with the general public is that they think that only implant-type of equipment can harm you. But none of these weapons I am describing require implants. The fourth electronic weapon is the well known through-clothing and through non- conductive-wall radar. It is widely used at airports and by the police to look through clothing for hidden weapons. Through-the-wall radar allows for accurate aiming of Sharp's voice-to-skull signals and provides many other imaginative and unsettling ways to harass a target in his of her home. Through-the-wall radar can for example be aimed at you from an apartment below so that they know where you are and what you are doing all the time. We heard cases of rapping on the floor following us around the apartment. They got to have through-the-wall radar to do his. Remember that these are older technologies which have been around from 15 to 50 years or so, and which are not classified. Anyone can buy or built them if they have the money. In fact, my colleague Sueann Campbell in Texas says there are a couple of calls on her hot line in which college students tell her that simple microwave ovens with the doors removed, are being used in the dorms to harass people on the other side of the wall. Eight hundred or twelve hundred watts of microwave radio signals through a wall can cause a lot of health problems and make it difficult for someone to pursue a college education. When electronic weapons that are capable of through-the-wall surveillance and harassment are used along with vigilante gang stalking the target will have no relieve. Some targets have committed suicide as the result. Their headstones underscore the reality that this topic is deadly serious and is happening to REAL people. Vigilante stalking targets often have sleep difficulties. As I mentioned the half-a-century old LIDA-machine can cause sleep difficulties. One form of sleep deprivation exists of long periods during the night when the target cannot sleep, although really tired. This experience has been described as electronic caffeine, because the target feels like having been injected with a large amount of caffeine. A second form of sleep deprivation is when the target is forced awake every night at several precise points on the clock. It might be 4 a.m. to the second for a couple of months. And when I say to the second I mean: you always pop awake just as the four-colon-zero-zero appears on the digital clock. It may then change to 2 o'clock a.m. to the second for a couple of months. It is not uncommon for a target to experience multiple forced awakenings in the same night. We don't know how this is done, but there certainly is the signature of electronic equipment. It is important, listeners, that you realize that the vigilante gang stalking crime syndrome has two distinct activities: the human harassment, which we call vigilante stalking, and the electronic harassment. It is clear from David Lawson's book "Terrorist stalking in America" that the members of the local harassment gangs are often unaware of the electronic harassment. It appears to us that the group performing the electronic harassment is entirely separate from the local vigilantes that perform the non-electronic harassment. So the target has two different groups working on him or her independently. Of course the target sees all the harassment and cannot escape. What may be a short skit for a harassment team member has far more impact on the target than the harasser can possibly imagine. It is important, listeners, to remember that the target sees a non-stop, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, year in and year out attack on every aspect of his or her life. The target can not complain about this or even get sympathy, because the attacks can be written of as normal mishaps, or ordinary physical, or mental illness. And people around the target don't want to deal with this. They lie very badly to be able to explain it away as something ordinary. Health, career, friendships, and family relationships are quietly destroyed over years of carefully engineered harassment. These relationships are often destroyed by lies, intimidation, bribes, or anything else that can drive a wedge between the family and the target. It is fairly recent that we find entirely families that are being harassed. You probably know at least one target of this vicious crime. And that target is probably not yet aware that they are deliberately harassed. I wasn't aware of that for sixteen years, because I thought that I was just extremely unlucky. What happens when we complain to friends, family, the public, government officials and doctors about this? We are then asked the question: “why do you think YOU are chosen?” That is a tough one, because for many of us this living nightmare started one day with no apparent reason. A few people can relate their harassment to a specific dispute with someone. For example, a wife discovered her husband is a paedophile and not only abusing their child, but allowing other paedophiles to abuse their child as well. As I mentioned lies are the fuel that keep the harassment going. So it is logical to assume that some of us were enrolled in this horror show based on lies as well. The point I want to make, listener, is today anyone can receive the same treatment. Convincing others of this is the challenge. Here are some possible answers to the "why you?"-question. The target has been fingered as a criminal and is chosen to be run out of town for "past crimes" the target is alleged to have committed somewhere else. The target has angered the police or other public safety officials that have developed methods of settling scores with people they can't “get justice for in court". This can include people falsely reported as drug addicts. A hostile spouse or ex-spouse hires a vigilante gang to harass the other. According to David Lawson these gangs are available for hire. A victim reports a crime while the criminal is a member of organized crime. The target is an anti-cooperate, a government whistleblower, or an activist. Overzealous church groups harass sinners to "straighten them out, so that the sinner can come to the Lord". Overzealous neighbourhood watch-like groups harass people of which they believe have criminal records, but who usually don't have one. Harassment of racial minorities. Harassment of lesbians and gays. The target may be involved in a family feud over an inheritance. In an increasing number of cases the government actually brings on the harassment when they are illegally trying to seize land from landowners. There are a lot of reports about that in the United States. Along with the "why you?"-question is the question why so much money and time would be spent on someone who isn't a threat to anyone. This question is even more difficult to answer, even for a target that knows why he or she was selected. Let me work up to a possible answer. In his book "Terrorist stalking in America" David Lawson makes it plain that in the street level of the harassment groups many members are attracted by the fellowship and the sense of doing something important for the community. David Lawson, who actually rode with these vigilante stalking gangs, could not discover the origin of the leaders that start these gangs. The leaders were consistently found "somewhere else, not local". The gang leaders frequently claim special connections, such as with government intelligence agencies. That was very difficult to investigate, because the gang leaders set up indirect methods of communicating the names of people to be harassed to the street level membership. David Lawson discovered that some target names were announced in the media, for example. The fact that David Lawson was not able to go higher than the street level of the gangs suggests that a very powerful and well covered up group is responsible for coordinating these gangs. More evidence of high level control of these gangs are the bizarre judgements and sanctions that have been applied against targets by clearly corrupt judges and medical officials. We know of a case in which a woman made complaints to the police about a paedophile husband, and - so reported the target to us - she, the wife, was judged to be delusional. She was forcibly hospitalised and drugged, and the child-victim was given into the custody of the paedophile father! Bizarre and unjust court and medical decisions cannot happen until at least a judge and two doctors are accomplices. In the mentioned case the hospital's emergency room, where the mother took her child for a rape examination, refused to given the child an exam. To this point I like to explain that there are people in high places who are either members of the harassment gangs or provide heavy cover for them. We are still working for an answer to the question why so much money and time would be spent on someone who isn't a threat to anyone. A hint at a very high level of coordination of vigilante stalking gangs is that these groups are seamlessly networked, as David Lawson discovered. A travelling target is handed off from one gang to the next, just like aircrafts are handed off from one air traffic control area to the next. The gang members never left the target out of sight. Our several hundred members, that keep in touch on the Internet, report that the networking of the harassment gangs is now international in scope. So what do we have? We have vigilante-stalking gangs in every area of the U.S. and Canada and, by reports, in most of the world. And these gangs include people in high places. What does that suggest to you, listener? What it suggests to me, Eleanor White, is that there has to be a very large, powerful, covert organization behind these groups. And that this covert organization is worldwide in scope. As I pondered that virtual certainty I have been listening to a group of short wave and web broadcasters for the past couple of years. These broadcasters call themselves members of the United States Patriot Movement. Patriot broadcasters spend their off-air time screening the wire services such as the Associated Press, CNET, radar and so fort for important stories that are not reported by the mainstream media. They also research freedom of information-requests and important government and scientific papers that have not been picked up by the media and mainstream press. And believe me, there are a lot of those. Most important, the Patriot broadcasters get information from professionals in many fields and often have guests on their shows that are whistleblowers. Some of these whistleblowers have lost their professional licences for heroically telling the truth to the public. Some of them have spent years in prison for their release of information. According to the Patriot broadcasters there is a worldwide organization made out of the most wealthy and most greedy. This organization basically controls the world's wealth and meets behind closed doors. This organization is working towards a new Dark Age. The Patriot broadcasters call this organization The New World Order, which is a name used a number of times by former U.S.-president G.H.W Bush, that is Bush senior. It is my personal opinion that this covert organization behind the New World Order has established the vigilante stalking gangs. These gangs function as a parallel justice system. Why? To proof, expand, and train a choir of citizen enforcers that can quickly neutralize opposition to the New World Order. Along the way "undesirables" are kept in line and undesirable activities can be very effectively discouraged. I cannot proof this yet, but over time ample evidence of the existence of the New World Order has been presented on the Patriot broadcasts and additional evidence comes to light all the time. The attempt to bring the world under a New World Order is why so much time and money is spent on someone who isn't a threat to anyone. This parallel justice system is needed by those who like to reimpose serfdom on this world. They don't care if innocent people are targeted. Innocent people provide excellent training for these new storm troopers who still wear civilian clothes. What is different from the past is that nowadays technology exists that provides evasive through- the-wall surveillance and severely damages the health of citizens. I have no doubts that new technology is continuously developed behind closed doors. It is possible that a number of us, vigilante-stalking targets, are test subject for this development work. Let me take a moment to talk about the U.S. Patriot Movement, which is the most complete source of news about the New World Order. There isn't really a single group of people under that name. The U.S. Patriot Movement is a relatively small group of broadcasters who tirelessly do research and broadcast on the Internet, short-wave, some AM and FM-stations, satellite radio, a bit of TV and to quite a few FM micro broadcasters that in the past have been called pirate radio stations. There are people who try to link the Patriot broadcasters to extremist groups, but the broadcasters I listen to regularly, are trying to educate the public about corruption in the government with the goal of overcoming the New World Order peacefully. The broadcasters state that armed confrontation cannot work given today's military technology. They are not in favour of an armed uprising and feel that only an informed public has enough power to politically challenge the New World Order criminals successfully. I am especially grateful for the brave whistleblower guests which the Patriot broadcasters regularly have on their shows. These military officers, scientists, doctors, and lawyers are perhaps the best sources of information, because these people have first hand knowledge to share. They don't get more attention than we targets of vigilante stalking get at this time, but at least hundred of thousands, if not millions of people are hearing them regularly by the way of Patriot broadcast stations and networks. I strongly disagree with the personal opinions of some of these Patriot broadcasters. I imagine that many of you may feel the same, listeners, when you start listening to their shows, but in this situation of an onrushing New World Order I don't feel that I can afford to tune out a broadcaster with a opinion that I don't agree with. Please keep that in mind when you listen to some of their shows. Listen past the opinions. I don't waste my time listening to opinions.
