These programs are about the ongoing efforts to expose this activity, and hopefully, to stop it. Today, we're going to talk about the experiments which have been performed to detect and stop the advanced electronic attacks which accompany the gang stalking. In show #3 we outlined some of the older UNCLASSIFIED technologies which can perform SOME of the attacks we experience. However, we are not up against those relatively primitive weapons. The current day technologies are much more invasive, much more surgically precise, much more powerful, and are on a long term basis unshieldable using conventional electromagnetic shielding. By "long term basis" I mean that some shielding experiments have SEEMED to stop or reduce the attacks, but NO shielding has yet stopped the attacks completely, to such extent that everyone who tries the shielding method has success. When shielding appears to stop the attacks, they usually resume some minutes to days later. Historically, military and criminal operations involve a considerable amount of deception. Eleanor White's opinion is that temporary or incomplete shielding success represents DECOYING. Eleanor, you performed several experiments with shielding and building an enshielding enclosure. Could you describe exactly what you put together in your experiment back in 1997 to 1999? ELEANOR: Thank you, Sueann. Sure! In 1997 I had experienced many forms of electronic mind / body attacks for 16 years. Like most targets I assumed that some form of conventional electromagnetic signals was responsible. I had two choices: * focusing on very expensive detection equipment, such as radio spectrum analyzers, or * to build a shielded chamber which blocks ALL radio signals from below 60 Hertz up to microwave, light, and ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation includes signal types such as X-rays and gamma rays. Now, SHIELDING is actually a DETECTION experiment too, because when the effects stop inside the shielding, you have also detected that signals are in use. The less expensive experiment for me was the shielded chamber option. The bottom line is that I spent about 3,000 Canadian dollars on a four layer totally enclosing chamber around my bed. The reason for choosing to shield my bed is that the most urgent need for targets of vigilante stalking and electronic harassment is undisturbed sleep. Sleep is what most often is disturbed using a lot of these advanced technologies. The outside of the chamber was made of solid sheet steel of the thickness of an automobile body. The sections were solidly bolted together using 1/4 inch bolts, with the contact area sanded to bright steel. Several layers of aluminum foil were inside the steel. Additional foil was pushed into all the corners. The foil was supported by a cage made of heavy galvanized gravel strainer steel mesh, which is sometimes called "hardware coil". Finally, attached to the inside of the chamber was a layer of 3M Velostat semiconducting foam. This black foam is familiar to people who handle silicon chips, and is used to short circuit pins to protect the chips from static electricity, until the chip is soldered on a circuit board. 3M Velostat behaves like radar absorbing paint or radar absorbing composite plastic that is used on the outside of stealth aircraft. Air was forced in and out through ducts filled with real copper scrubbing pads, of which the conductivity was verified by an ohm meter. I tested the shielding by using battery powered receivers tuned to powerful local commercial radio and TV channels. I also tested a cell phone. The enclosure totally blocked the faintest traces of local electromagnetic signal. Once the 3M Velostat was installed, the chamber acted like a "black hole" for radio signals. A radio would not even operate when held in the open access doorway. This meant that I had to move the radio some feet away from the doorway before ambient signals would reach the radio. The electronic mind / body attacks, though, were not even DIMINISHED, never mind stopped, by this huge and expensive enclosure! [10:00] SUEANN: So it held absolutely no protection for you, after putting all of that together? ELEANOR: Absolutely not! And I am sure that the perpetrators got a good laugh out of it. I spent my life savings on it too. I was broke after that. Because a good shielded enclosure is a very wide band BLOCKING DEVICE (from below 60 Hertz all the way up to X-ray frequencies), it showed that conventional electro-magnetic signals were not the source of my attacks. Even though 60 Hertz is considered an ELF frequency, metallic shielding does stop it. I did two other things along with building the shielding to include all possible, and even the lower electromagnetic frequencies: First, I modified a home entertainment "equalizer". An equalizer is one of these gadgets that you play your music through. It has those little lighted bar graphs that shows for each musical octave how much audio energy is passing through the equalizer on that point. An equalizer also contains potentiometers to increase or decrease certain frequency ranges. SUEANN: Right. Everybody that has a stereo, and likes to mess with that stuff, has one of those, and probably knows what it is. And you made very interesting use of this. ELEANOR: I modified the equalizer so that it covered the ELF frequencies which are BELOW AUDIO and in the range of the brain's electroencephalographic (EEG) frequencies. SUEANN: How specifically did you get it to do that? ELEANOR: Anyone can do it! If you open up the equalizer, you will find that each octave on the graphic display has a circuit with components. If your graph has 8 octaves on it, then you will see 8 little circuits clustered on the circuit board. In those circuits you will see a large capacitor, which is the timing capacitor. If you increase the value of each timing capacitor by a factor of 10, then you will reduce the frequency being sensed by each of the bar graphs by a factor of 10. So, instead of 30 hertz to 16 kilohertz, I ended up with 3 Hertz up to 1.6 kilohertz. And those frequencies are in the ranges that can have a direct effect on your brain or on an electroencephalograph (EEG) that is measuring your brainwaves. So I had a spectrum analyzer for the lower ELF-range. SUEANN: That was an ingenious idea! ELEANOR: Well, it was essential if I was going to look at those lower frequencies along with the shielding experiment. SUEANN: No doubt, you put those inside the enshielded enclosure to detect if those frequencies were getting through? ELEANOR: No. I didn't have to, because it didn't matter whether the coil was inside or out. It turned out that I didn't have any frequencies in that range, although I used some pretty massive pickup coils. The larger you make a pickup coil, the less sensitive it is to the common 60 Hertz stray signals that float around the house from your AC appliances. The large coil was a 165 turns of copper wire on the outside edge of a carton originally containing a large mirror, which was 72" high and 24" wide. SUEANN: Wow! That's a lot of wire around that sucker. ELEANOR: Yes. By the way, wire can be had fairly cheaply from motor winding shops. At any rate, this coil failed to pick up any ELF at all, even during periods of very heavy harassment. This doesn't surprise me, because directly transmitting ELF is not something you can do surgically. In order to "bath" my apartment with ELF-signals of that low frequency range (below 30 Hertz) it would have to affect half of the apartment building and that clearly wasn't happening. So, I didn't think that there were any frequencies in that range, but the ELF spectrum analyzer proofed it. I also checked for ionizing radiation, which is on the very opposite end of the electromagnetic spectrum. I used a Victoreen, which is a well-known brand of "electrostatic discharge type of ionizing radiation" dosimeter. I wore the Victoreen around my neck during the shielding experiment, day and night. I even wore it to work. I had the lowest (meaning: the most sensitive) model in their product line. Based on the instruction booklet, all I ever picked up was the normal "background count" from cosmic rays (which are hitting us all over the planet). This was during some of the most intense attacks I have ever experienced. My conclusion is that technology well advanced beyond conventional electromagnetic signals is being used to deliver the harassment effects. I don't feel that this is a surprising conclusion, given that this is the 21st century, VERY IMPORTANT for other electronic harassment targets, who feel that "spread spectrum" is why we can't detect the attack signals, is the fact that top quality shielding STOPS "spread spectrum". In other words: if you have a very good, totally enclosing shield, and the harassment is still getting through, then you know it is not conventional "spread spectrum", because "spread spectrum" doesn't go outside the range where conventionally shielding normally stops it. Also important to note is that to interact with the nervous system (such as with Dr. Joseph Sharp's pulsed microwave voice to skull technology) a rather strong signal is required. Joseph Sharp voice to skull technology is based on radar pulse hearing, and the minimum power required for that is 1/3 of a Watt for each square centimeter of skull surface area. We discussed Joseph Sharp's voice to skull effects in show #3. SUEANN: It wouldn't take much to shield from that, would it? ELEANOR: Not at all. SUEANN: Your enclosure would have been more than adequate for that? ELEANOR: Oh, more than adequate. SUEANN: How long did you do the experiments? ELEANOR: I slept inside it - or at least tried to - for 2 years. And it was not comfortable, because I have a small apartment. This was like having a Volkswagen parked inside your apartment. It was a huge, heavy structure. Another electronic harassment target, Mr. Jesus Mendoza of Mission (Texas), has made meter readings showing conventional electronic fields, which are high when he and his children are experiencing pain. These fields drop off quickly when Jesus starts recording the meter activity on his camcorder. This is consistent with other targets when either amateur or professional conventional signals accompany the attacks. Jesus Mendoza's case also shows that even though conventional signals are present, they alone cannot be responsible for his pain. Jesus obtained two commercially produced Faraday cages, which are shielded enclosures. What he found was that his two children, who were trying to sleep inside the cages, actually experienced MORE pain, than when the cages were not in use. Unlike my experiments, Jesus Mendoza has some IONIZING radiation readings as well. So the readings we are getting from these experiments are somewhat confusing. It is difficult to decide which of the readings is genuinely part of the attacks and which maybe decoys. [20:00] SUEANN: Right! They can be making those readers go off, so that you start saying it's THAT, while it is something else that they are doing. ELEANOR: Absolutely! SUEANN: A few things have met with some measure of success. Water seems to figure in it prominently for some reason. We don't know why. Didn't one of your targeted colleagues find relief in a swimming pool? ELEANOR: Indeed. It was an inflatable swimming pool in the backyard. But that's not necessarily shielding. That could be some other type of effect. A large part of her body was not under water and yet she found relief. So, we can't say for sure that "shielding" in the conventional sense played a part in her relief. SUEANN: Other people have reported that water was involved. They had gel packs, which you put on after you sprain your ankle. They put that on the body parts that were being vibrated and it would alleviate somewhat. ELEANOR: Yes, and incidentally, if you are talking about vibration: simply touching the body part with one of your hands often stops it completely. It's almost as if the perpetrators don't want you to verify that genuine vibration is occurring. Here is another, very important fact, particularly for our colleagues: conventional electromagnetic signals simply cannot cause powerful mechanic vibration. Some will say: "Oh, yes, an AC field can cause something that's magnetic to vibrate" and that is quite true, but a great deal of what vibrates is our own flesh, or wood, or other materials, which cannot be affected by a strong magnetic field. More that that: the strength of magnetic fields drops off very quickly with distance. And we are having vibration occurring inside your apartment, several feet from the nearest wall. Even in automobiles while you are driving along the road, and it's not vibration from the road. It's a powerful vibration that is totally different than anything you ever feel in a car. SUEANN: Well, we just don't know what kind of technology is doing that. ELEANOR: The reason we are talking about these kinds of things on this show is that we want to share it with you, listeners. Keep it mind in that you are not against something that straightforward. You are not going to a high school or university physics book and find a cure for this. Experimentation is certainly worth doing, but it's not going to be a very simple cure like with an electrical circuit with a dry cell, a switch and a light bulb. Not that type of thing at all. SUEANN: It's good to remember that it is kind like gambling. Don't ever gamble more than you can afford to loose! Don't ever buy expensive equipment with money that you really can't afford, because you can kiss it goodbye! There have been people that have spent thousands and it didn't really help them. In one case they really had to rankle around to get their money back. Wasn't that the experience with one of the people we know? ELEANOR: Yes, one of our prominent activist members bought an expensive device from "top secret consumer products" from a fellow who guarantees that he knows all about the technology and this was going to jam it. It did absolutely nothing and it took her several years to get the money back. Now, Sueann, next in line is your experiment, but let me first play a commercial by one of our members: Janet Leih from South Dakota, who has documented some very interesting types of harassment involving the medical and pharmaceutical system. Let's pause just a minute for Janet, here. [24:36] ========================================================= COMMERCIAL "WHEN MEDICINE FAILED" by Janet Leih For a transcript scroll to the end of this document. ========================================================= [27:30] ELEANOR: Ok. Thank you, Janet! Sueann, you are going to talk about your "famous" Chinese restaurant experiment? SUEANN: {laughs} A friend of mine and I went over to a Chinese restaurant one evening. We walked in and noticed there were only two other people in the restaurant. I immediately identified these persons as perps. They just had that "perpy" look. We requested that we were seated on the other side of the room divider from them, because I didn't want them listening to everything and leering like they do. This room divider was a very wide wooden rail with a 5-foot long aquarium on top of it. We sat down at the table right next to the aquarium that was between the perps and us. We were eating and talking, and watching the fish swim aimlessly about the aquarium, when I began to feel something electronical. I didn't say anything to the person with me. She was aware of such weapons, but I didn't want her to get alarmed and she wasn't feeling anything. I noticed that all fishes EXCEPT TWO appeared to be very old gold fish of the fancy kind. One of the fish was a glass suckerfish. During the course of the meal, one by one, the fish migrated to the very opposite end of the tank. They sat motionless in the corner of the tank and the farthest away from the perps. The fish were just stacked on top of each other. All of them were trying to swim in the same direction at once and they were stopped of course by the glass. The fish appeared to be staring at us, but that wasn't really what happened. [30:00] The last gold fish was the youngest one and he finally joined the rest of them. The fish looked like they were having little seizures, each lasting about 4 seconds, as evidenced by the "gnashing of teeth" and the "quivering of gills". They would shake like they were being vibrated. There was no food that they could have been after. And then I realized that the fish were probably feeling the same energy that I would feel. This was a fairly large aquarium, about 50 gallons. The directed energy weapons - or whatever the perps were using - had to go through the aquarium before getting to me. So it looked like the fish were trying to get away from this. There was one fish that did not seem to be affected. I call him an "algae eater" or a glass sucker. He just continued to stick on the side where the perps were. I wondered if this fish was related to skates or rays that have their own electrical field around them, so that it didn't feel what the others were feeling. So far, we haven't found anything. I have set up a small aquarium before as an experiment, and the fish DO react when the perps start using their stuff, but we haven't found anything else that could be detective. And certainly not something that would shield it. It was interesting that it happened, because it indicates that the best detector is living tissue. My experiment was ended when the fish were relocated to a new home and they would become just more than objects of experimental curiosity. I suspect that cats and dogs and other small animals are affected by these things too. So, it is not something you just could put a meter on. It is very difficult as a technician to understand that a detector could be used to measure it, but only if it measured what living tissue is giving off. This makes it very difficult to proof that these things are being used. Anyway, back to Eleanor. She set up an experiment with a plant using an EEG machine, which is very interesting. Do you want to tell about that one, Eleanor? ELEANOR: Sure. I decided to try detecting the signals indirectly, rather than out of the atmosphere. I reasoned that perhaps only living tissue can detect the advanced signals. These advanced signals could be something like the often-taunted scalar signals, which are not conventional. We don't know what the signals are, but we do know ordinary test equipment doesn't seem to be able to reliably detect them. The easiest way to measure the response of living tissue is to monitor electrical activity within the tissue. You have two types of electrical activity tissue monitors at the low end of the price scale: 1) Galvanic skin response, or "GSR" detectors; 2) Electroencephalographic, or "EEG" detectors. Galvanic skin response(GSR) detectors are far cheaper, but they are much less sensitive. GSR units push a very small amount of current out of one skin contact, through the skin, and back into another contact. One popular GSR unit I have looks like a computer mouse. I measured about 15 MICROamperes (average) going through my skin. 15 MICROamperes means fifteen one-MILLIONTH of an ampere and is a very small current. That is FAR less than the current in a flashlight bulb or even a flashlight LED. At such a small current level, the very small changes in current flow caused by biological activity in the skin, or a plant leaf, are enough to be detected and amplified. Consumer grade GSR units can be had for less than a hundred dollars. My little computer mouse style unit emits a tone. As biological activity in my skin varies, the tone varies also. I tried using the GSR unit on a plant, which is what experimenter Cleve Backster did at first, whose experiments are written up in the book "Secret Life Of Plants". There was noticeable activity, but for long term use, such as all night or even continuously, the tiny current from the GSR unit caused problems. It basically tends to kill the leaf. When I tried to leave the electrodes in contact with the skin of my face and head area, I found that painful blemishes developed after several hours. While 15 microamps is tiny, it's not tiny for a living organism where currents in cells are even smaller. I also found that leaving the unit attached to plants left scars and sometimes actually killed the area of the leaf in contact with the GSR electrode. So I went to the next, higher step in biological electrical instrumentation: the electroencephalogram or EEG machine. The EEG machine uses NO current. It passively measures the tiny voltages on the surface of a living organism. My EEG measures way down into the single digit MICROvolt range, meaning millionths of a volt. Because it uses no current, the EEG machine can be left on the skin or plant leaves all night. When you want to measure such tiny voltages, an EEG machine requires sophisticated FILTERING, to "notch out" the strong 60-Hertz fields floating around in any house, for example. The EEG machines use batteries to avoid a metallic path to the power system. Fortunately, the brainwave frequencies of interest are pretty well in the range below 30 Hertz. So broadcast radio signals and the power frequency can be effectively filtered out. In fact, since sleep disruption is the main interest of most detection work, the sleeping frequencies tend to be in the single digit range or lower teen frequency range. My EEG machine is an entirely standalone unit. It is just a small wooden cabinet with a cable leading to a ground electrode and an electrode at the place of interest. With my unit, the ground electrode is designed to clip to both ear lobes, and the "live" electrode at some point on the skull. Where we pick up the electrical activity of our brain isn't that critical for our purposes, because we are trying to show a RELATIVE increase in the frequency, which is caused by perpetrator's attacks. Different EEG units will display activity differently. With mine, I first select a narrow frequency RANGE I'm interested in. For example, if I want to know the amount of very relaxed activity in my brain, I might set the frequency range from 7 to 9 Hertz. The more activity I have in that range, the more often the unit's speaker will click, like a Geiger counter. And like a Geiger counter, the unit also has a meter, which shows how much of the selected frequency is occurring in my brain. [40:00] In effect, the lower ranges (like from 5 to 7 Hertz, or from 7 to 9 Hertz) are good for biofeedback training. You hook up, and the more you are able to relax, the more clicking activity you hear coming from the speaker, or is displayed on the meter. If, on the other hand, I want to see how much activity my brain is conducting in the wide-awake range, I would switch the range to say, from 9 to 14 Hertz. On this setting, the more I relax, the LESS clicks I would hear, and the lower the meter would read. It is the wide-awake range I would use to watch for perp attacks. If the perps hit me with a wide-awake signal, while I rested and tried to sleep, that would instantly be heard as a burst of Geiger counter-like clicking. I would record this on a tape recorder. An ideal tape recorder for this would actually be a VCR or a Camcorder, in which there is no video but several hours of audio can be recorded by connecting to the VCR's audio input. Some VCRs may be able to record the date and time stamp on the video track. Better yet would be to set up a camcorder as a TV camera on yourself, but connected to the VCR for its extended recording range. Some camcorders will allow you to show the time and date continuously, even in the dark, and will pick up sounds you make as the perps force you to wide awake, to make sounds or to speak. My perpetrators have either stolen my camcorder AC power supply accessories, or have caused the expensive batteries to discharge, making it impossible for me to use my EEG in this way. Most importantly, the perpetrators have consistently blasted the speaker output with loud static, which covers up the readings from the machine. This tells me that using an EEG machine to prove their attacks is promising, or they would not have bothered doing that. I don't have the finances to keep replacing batteries and equipment, but I am passing this idea on to you, listeners, who may be interested in experimenting, in case you can press ahead with this. I did try my EEG on a philodendron plant, as that is what Cleve Backster used in his original experiments. I found that the plant was "chatty" at daytime and quiet at nighttime. I threatened to burn the plant with a lighter, and it did show an immediate burst of EEG activity, confirming Backster's experiments. (I would not have actually burned the plant. I can't do that since reading "Secret Life of Plants".) When I placed the plant next to my bed, and connected my EEG machine to try to pick up plant activity, which coincided with perp attacks on me, the plant unfortunately "flatlined", meaning its activity dropped to zero. I have learned since from the "Secret Life Of Plants" that plants do sometimes "freeze", just as people do, during times of extreme stress. So this was not a surprise. However, since the philodendron also more quiet at night anyway, this flatlining really wasn't good enough to clearly demonstrate perp attacks. More than that, further plant experiments were obscured by blasts of static in the EEG unit's speaker from the perps. So for me personally, my EEG unit hasn't produced useful data for reasons I've just covered. Now, Sueann Campbell DID get some bursts of wakeful frequency activity when she stayed here and tried the same EEG unit. This means that if several experimenters can afford to try EEG detection of wakeful brain activity while resting and sleeping, some may succeed. Next, let me talk about experiments I performed while getting considerable physical vibration and physical impact attacks. I have no idea how these attacks are performed. I do know that conventional signals, as known about by college physics professors, cannot cause such effects. First, in the mid-1990s, I experienced a number of cases where my computer keyboard would vibrate so powerfully that it danced around on my desk or tabletop. I could not use it in this condition. When this happened at work, then the vibration would immediately stop if a co-worker entered my office. I verified that the keyboard was really vibrating by attaching my cup of water to the keyboard. Strong ripples on the water's surface confirmed real physical vibration. I then attached the cup to the table or desk, and there was almost no activity on the surface of the water. Placing my hand on the table or desktop, I found no noticeable vibration. Objects on the table or desktop near the keyboard were not vibrating. My feet detected no vibration in the floor. At work, the floor was a concrete slab resting on the earth, with no basement. The building was basically a pharmaceutical warehouse, with no machines that caused vibration. The keyboard was essentially non-metallic, except for a small number of attaching screws and very fine wiring. At home, also starting in the mid-90s, my body parts would vibrate powerfully while in bed, which was one way to prevent me from sleeping. To test this, I attached vibration switches to the bed. A nearby PC monitored the opening and closing of those switches, which are designed to detect a burglar's attempts to jimmy a door or a window. The computer confirmed that there was lots of vibration switch activity during times my body was made to vibrate. The perpetrators began shaking my bed frame, and the vibration switches showed activity at the times when I felt the bed frame shake. The perpetrators also began to strike sharp blows to my bed frame, as if an invisible rubber mallet was being used. The vibration switches didn't detected these sharp blows, because they were in a VERTICAL direction. I rented a portable seismograph, and sandbagged it to the 8-inch-thick concrete floor between the bed legs - and not even close to the bed legs. The VERTICAL blows on the bed frame immediately stopped, so I got no seismograph readings to show that there were no movements in the concrete floor. However, the perpetrators began applying strictly HORIZONTAL blows, in the direction from my head towards my feet. All of this activity was designed (and timed) to prevent my sleeping. The lighter horizontal blows did not show on the seismograph. However, as the horizontal blows got heavier, they DID begin to show very faintly on the seismograph. To cause the seismograph to sense these horizontal blows, they had become so powerful that they would half knock me off on the floor. And remember that the horizontal blows were applied to the bed frame, not to the floor, and they were traveling through an 8-inch thick, reinforced, concrete floor to a sandbagged seismograph. So, they had to be pretty powerful to be picked up. Clearly, the perpetrators knew I was using a seismograph and they adjusted their tactics accordingly. But the very faint spike the seismograph sensed for the most powerful blows did in fact show this was real physical activity. One of the most unusual phenomenon that targets of advanced electronical harassment experience is what we call "talking" fans or "talking" appliances, like an air conditioner or a fridge. I have experienced the projection of endless loop recorded "annoying noise" through my box fans. The vigilante stalker electronical harassment corps has the ability to cause sound to emanate from any point, even in mid air. When my annoying noise attacks started, I had been using two large 20-inch box fans as white noise to cover up deliberate noise from a neighbouring apartment. The used noise was that of hammering on sheet metal. Each of the two fans had a separate endless loop tape playing through them. Each fan carried the sound of a different tape. [50:00] Being an engineer, my response was to connect an oscilloscope, which displays electrical waveforms, to the power outlets where these fans were connected. At no time over the several month long experiment did the scope show the slightest deviation from a pure sine wave, as delivered by the AC power system. In other words: there was no noise signal being carried on the AC power line. My next response was to try to get "electrically closer" to the source of the noise. I reasoned that if the fan motor was being used as a loudspeaker, the magnetic iron core of the motor must be carrying the noise waveform. I carefully wound wire through and around the core, to pick up whatever magnetic field was causing the noise. Not one single deviation from a pure sine wave was observed when the noise was coming from the fan. Not only that, every time I attempted to tape-record the noise, it would stop. Clearly, this was deliberate harassment. This experiment showed me that some sort of sound injection signal was in use, far more sophisticated than simply putting a powerful sound signal into the electric system. This idea of injecting harassing signals through the power outlets is commonly considered by our group of electronically harassed targets. The reason I am relating this particular experiment is to show that it doesn't necessarily follow that if you get strange behavior from an appliance that the harassing signals are coming in through the power. It can be coming in by way of a far more sophisticated signal. It may not even be an electromagnetic signal that can be measured. So keep this in mind as you experiment. Try inexpensive things, and restrict yourself from spending a lot of money on expensive test equipment if you really can't afford it. SUEANN: Right. The things that have given some relief so far are the least expensive things.
