July the fourth, 2005. Road To Freedom is a listeners sponsored show by and 
about all the targets of electronically assisted vigilante gang stalking 
throughout the world. Road To Freedom brings you the latest information on this 
crime wave, which has so far been denied by every government and private agency 
whose mission is to help those who are targets of crime. The opinions expressed 
are those of the hosts and guests and may not be those of others who are targets 
of vigilante stalking and electronic harassment, or of any person or group who

Vigilante stalking and the covert use of advanced electronic weapons on 
vigilante stalking targets is basically the use of lies - again: LIES - to 
motivate networked groups of citizens to destroy the lives of their innocent 
targets. These programs are about the ongoing efforts to expose this activity, 
and hopefully, to stop it. 

In show nr. 1, we gave an overview of the worldwide crime syndrome that is known 
as "gang stalking", "vigilante gang stalking" or "gang stalking with electronic 
harassment". In this show we will focus on the growing problem of the vigilante 
stalking gangs and we are going to review the land marked book "Terrorist 
stalking in America" which was published in 2001 and written by investigator-
author David Lawson. I say "land marked", because this book is the first one 
that our group has been able to find which specifically describes the vigilante 
stalking gangs. According to a 2002-survey these gangs may be targeting as many 
as one person in a hundred in North America. That's three million people, folks!

The title of the book "Terrorist stalking in America" is misleading, because the 
author describes gangs stalking at domestic citizens, not foreign nationalists. 
This book is not about Arabs harassing North Americans, but about your next-door 
neighbours of all ages and career paths, who are recruited to make life a hell 
for targets designated by the gang leaders. Some vigilantes are ostensibly 
focused on the crimes that they believe their targets have committed in "some 
other place". These crime-oriented vigilantes feel that they are serving their 
community by trying to force their target to leave town, as did their 19th 
century counterparts. 

There are also religious vigilantes. These people aren't content with letting 
God do the judging. Some of them even feel that their divine calling is to 
harass sinners, so that the sinners "can come to the Lord". 

I had one of these folks living next door to me for a time. He and his family 
had been lied to and had been told I was a pedophile. This older fellow would 
slam his door several times at night to ensure I didn't sleep. He hosted family 
parties and his daughter-in-law had her noisy children dancing and screaming 
right outside my door. He also took pornographic material to my workplace when I 
was sick at home. He showed this material that was to be given to Eleanor White, 
to the staff. I didn't react to any of this, because I had been harassed to that 
point for fourteen years. This religious nutcase eventually ceased his 
harassment, after he saw that nothing I said or did was consistent with his idea 
of me being a pedophile. That's an example of a religious vigilante and these 
people can be just as vicious as the crime-motivated vigilantes. 

It is important to point out some limitations of the book "Terrorist stalking in 
America" that is reviewed on this shows website. After his extensive travels and 
interviews with vigilante stalking gang members and police officers, author 
David Lawson is still unaware of the electronic technology that is used to 
dramatically increase the stress level of the targets. I confirm with Mr. Lawson 
that he is completely unaware of the electronic harassment. 

In show nr. 1, I explained that to my logic there is a worldwide organization of 
the wealthiest and most powerful ultimately behind these gangs. I identified 
this group as the "New World Order", a name put forth by George Herbert Walker 
Bush, which is George W. Bush's father. The sum total of all reports by targets 
of vigilante stalking gangs points to a parallel justice system that is governed 
by a very large, covert group with more power than the visible government, 
whether you believe that this group intends to return this world to Dark Age 
slavery, or not.

In show nr. 1, I explained that there is a group that is dedicated to exposing 
and stopping the New World Order. I called this group the U.S. Patriot 
broadcasters. A list of links to their show is on the website of this program. 
The Patriot broadcasters are NOT in favor of armed rebellion as long as there is 
a chance that public education can stop the momentum of the New World Order in 
destroying constitutional rights. If the New World Order finds an excuse to 
impose permanent martial law and commits large scale atrocities the Patriots 
would favor armed resistance, but not until that day. 

Extremists using the name "patriots" are sometimes attracted to vigilante 
stalking gangs, and David Lawson refers to these extremists as "patriots". I ask 
you, listener, to be very careful with the term "patriot" when learning about 
vigilante gang stalking. The "patriots" David Lawson wrote about are not - I 
repeat: NOT - the American heroes who broadcast and educate the public about the 
activities of the New World Order. 

Why did I get off on the difference between broadcasters and extremists who call 
themselves "patriots"? I want to point out the second limitation of David 
Lawson's book, which is possible confusion between the Patriot broadcasters and 
the extremists that use the label "patriot". The author calls vigilante gang 
stalkers "cause stalkers", because of the extremist groups involvement. David 
Lawson describes local extremist groups who go to considerable length to 
masquerade as public officials. An example of the "considerable length" is that 
they will purchase cars, which are the same make, model and colour as the local
police...

(...) Vigilante stalking targets also experience bizarre and sometimes unethical 
and illegal behavior on the part of genuine public officials too. 

So the book "Terrorist stalking in America" should be viewed as supplemental 
information and not the entire story behind ... vigilante stalking. Author David 
Lawson did interview perpetrators, targeted people - often called targets - and 
the police. Here is what the author heard when he interviewed the last group:

"I also spoke with police officers from across the country. They confirmed the 
existence of stalking groups across the country. In general, they said that 
'cause stalking' is primarily a civil problem where the plaintiff has to prove 
financial loss."

My comment on this is: WHAT? I have never heard of a victim of criminal 
harassment having to proof financial loss. This statement shows you, listener, 
what kind of nonsensical denials we get from the authorities when we try to get 
them to just do their jobs. David Lawson continues, and explains how he first 
got involved and began to interact with the vigilante stalking gang perpetrators:

"One day, several years ago, I was sitting in my house, and checking out the 
activity on my business band scanner. I heard a woman say that she was following 
a certain vehicle. She gave the location, the make and model of the car and the 
license plate number. A few days later, I heard the same woman on the same 
frequency say that she needed a bit of help at a certain location and a few days 
after that I again heard her broadcasting the position and details about another 
vehicle she was following. I listened to other people talking on that frequency 
and they didn't give any indication that they were with any government agency 
but they were talking about arresting people.

"On another occasion, on the same business band frequency, I heard someone 
complain that an African American man was crossing the street. "All we could get 
him for is jaywalking," responded the leader on the business band radio.
 
"People in the gang would discuss where they would go for supper, after their 
shift was over, so I [meaning David Lawson] went too. I listened to a group of 
people openly discussing various activities as if they were the police. 

"Real police officers were also sitting in the restaurant, listening to them. I 
later learned that their presence was not a coincidence."

David Lawson monitored their public communications, attended their meetings and 
rode with these gangs. He discovered that a vigilante gang is assembled for some 
specific cause under a leader with a shadowy past. All ages are involved in 
these gangs, from young children to seniors. I can vouch for that personally. I 
have seen children that were just learning to walk, blocking doorways with their 
parents standing back to see what I would do. 

"Cause stalking has been used by extremist groups since the early 1990s. The 
basic system is alleged to have been developed by the Ku Klux Klan and refined 
through years of use. Gang members are taught that the target is the reason for 
their problems. He is the reason why their lives are a failure." 

This should give you an idea of some of the lies that are fed to these gang 
members and we can see that the gang members are very gullible to...

Here David Lawson provides more details about the specifical causes for stalking 
recruits.

"Recruits tend to be blue collar workers who are at the bottom end of the job 
scale. They can be janitors in apartments, hotels, etc., who have keys to get in 
any locked doors. They can be security guards, who can let fellow stalking gang 
members into places where they would not normally be allowed to go. They can be 
city workers, who can, in many cities, follow a target around all day in their 
vehicles or have a noisy project underway near the target's residence. They can 
be taxi drivers, who are always on the road. They can be cable, telephone and 
electric company employees who can interfere with a target's service and spend 
time on patrol with the group, while they are on the job."

And in some cases they will even go so far as to intercept a call and pretend 
to be the party that is called. 

Here is a quote from the vigilante stalking gang members themselves: 

"We are like the police except we are ABOVE the police." 

I like to comment here that from personal experience I think these gangs really 
are above the police. The reason I say that is because they never seem to get 
caught. If you complain about them as a target, the police turn on you and try 
to find something wrong with your demeanor or your actions. And often the police 
will tell you to go see a good psychiatrist. 

Here is another quote from the gang stalking perpetrators:

"We are a citizen's group that helps the police. We are trying to alert people 
in the area about this person [meaning the target] before he gets to do what he 
did in the last place he lived." 

Again, the people I know, and they number about four hundred, didn't do anything 
in the last place they lived that is worthy of attention by the police, or 
anyone else. Let me comment that the targets of cause stalkers I know, didn't 
commit any offences. The stalkers are filled with lies by their leaders. 

More quotes from the perpetrators themselves: "Who are we? We drive the 
ambulances that take you to the emergency room. When your house is burning, we 
put out the fire. We are security guards. We protect you at night. You only have 
electricity, phone and cable service because of us. We are janitors. We have the 
keys. We fix your cars. You don't want to mess with us." 

So there you have it, folks. Here is a good example of the attitude carried 
around by these gang-stalking members. At a number of places in his book, the 
author explains that the cause that the typical gangs are working towards is 
mainly an excuse to get the gangs together. The main motivation of the members 
that stay with these gangs is the sense of power and belonging the gang members 
derive. Having a cause enhances their feeling of power and righteousness. 
According to the author, the gang members are the most concerned about how their 
fellow gang stalkers feel about their "work" and accept them. 

These gangs come into being and are run by leaders. Here is what the author says 
about them:

"Most of these leaders have backgrounds which are not known to their supporters 
[meaning the members of their gang]. They are from 'somewhere else' and there 
isn't much information available about them from independent sources. This 
provides a basis for the 'larger than life' stature the leaders assume in these 
groups. Many claim to have connections to the CIA. or other intelligence 
agencies which do not reveal the identities of their employees or ex-employees." 

Let me say that given COINTELPRO, which was a massive program for the government 
harassment of individuals in the 50's and 60's, it would not surprise me at all 
to find that these gang members really do have connections with the CIA. I don't 
mean to sound like a conspiracy theorist, because I am not. I am strictly a 
simple activist who is trying to expose and stop these vicious crimes. People in 
high places are obviously fuelling these crimes and providing cover for them. 

How about the financing of these gangs? Although the author states that they pay 
their members, the cash payments are low. Still, there are very large expenses 
to harass people as thoroughly as targets report. Here is an example of what I 
mean by large expenses:

"Gangs are well financed. They can afford to rent property wherever the target 
lives. If he drives across the country, he will be followed by supporters of 
similar gangs in that area. If he travels by plane, gang members will meet him 
wherever he lands. They may even accompany him on a plane if they know his 
travel plan, and there is a good chance that they do."

Some of our members, who have taken cross-country driving trips, report that it 
is not just at the far end that the harassment picks up again. There is 
harassment along the route. They were literally being tracked like an aircraft 
by aircraft controllers. 

Here is an item that the author learned about the financing of stalking gangs:

"The operations of many extremist groups are actually financed by corporations
which use them to stalk their enemies or potential enemies. The gangs are used 
as the private armies of those corporations. Some countries kill dissidents and 
in others they are jailed. In the United States, someone who is threatening to 
corporations or industries, like a whistleblower or activist, is likely to 
become the target of an extremist group." 

The corporate source of funding for these gangs makes it plain how it is 
possible that they can do something like renting a parking place next to that of 
the target, or even next to your home. We even have a case where the 
perpetrators built a home in open country, next to a home occupied by a target. 

The author makes several statements that these criminal stalking gangs not only 
harass targets specified by their leaders, but they are also for hire as a kind 
of "revenge service" for those wealthy enough to hire them. 

Next, let's look at some of the typical operations these gangs carry out.

"The primary characteristic of cause stalking is that it is always done by large 
groups of people. A target will always be followed, but he is unlikely to see 
the same stalkers very often." 

This is important. The author says: "Many of these gangs include hundreds of 
people."

Let me stop here for a moment and explain that. When you have hundreds of people 
taking turns at harassing someone, it is nearly impossible for that person to 
get any relief, or to get serious attention from the local authorities, because 
no person can be fingered. 

"Some authors refer to cause stalking as terrorist stalking. These gangs do not 
just stalk individuals."

I think what David Lawson means here is that they don't just stalk as an 
individual would stalk. 

"They employ organized programs of harassment which include break-ins, property 
damage, assault and occasionally, even death."

I personally don't know of a case that has resulted in death, however, I do know 
we have about half a dozen of suicides on our roster of targets. 

"The children of a target are a favorite."

This is so true about children being targeted. Nothing stresses out a target of 
vigilante stalking like harassing their child as well. And when you throw 
electronic though-the-wall harassment into the mix to keep the child awake all 
night, or which causes the child to be in pain, you have a weapon that precedes 
any other anti-personnel weapon. 

"Firemen across the country, and even some police departments have a long 
history of supporting extremist groups. Fire trucks can sometimes be seen riding 
in extremist convoys, with their flashing lights turned on and their sirens 
screaming. They will also race to greet a gang convoy that is entering their 
town. The participation of firemen, city workers and utility company workers 
helps give the gang members an illusion of legitimacy and power." 

One of the things that David Lawson describes in his book is when new recruits 
are given rides in, for example, fire trucks. They will (then) be told that at a 
certain time all the cities alarms and sirens will go off, and in fact, they do. 
This really dazzles the new gang member recruit. These recruits are typically 
people, who have not done very well in the workplace or socially, and all of a 
sudden they are on top of the heap. What the recruits doesn't seem to realize is 
that to purchase these fifteen minutes in the sun, they sell their souls to the 
devil. 

"City employees can be used to harass a target in many ways, including tearing 
up the road in front of the target's home. Employees of pass control businesses 
who have access to the keys of apartments and those who work for alarm and 
locksmith-companies also come to a considerable interest when it comes to 
recruiting."

Throughout my 25-years of being vigilante stalked, my apartment has been entered 
regularly, at least weekly. There are never signs of breaking-in, and no 
neighbour has ever reported anything unusual. This suggests to me that these 
people use keys, which the locksmith-numbers probably provide for them, and that 
they probably wear some sort of work uniform. 

"In order to establish bases of operation, they will enlist the assistance of 
neighbors. In many areas, they can do this by intimidation. Those neighbours who 
do not co-operate with the gang can be targeted themselves, which includes 
harassment of their families and damage to their homes and vehicles."

We often wonder why it so easy for these gangs to get the cooperation of 
neighbours wherever we go, and that gives us an important clue that they are not 
above using strong arm-tactics to ensure the neighbours will participate.

"Surveillance of the target is conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When a 
target leaves his residence gang members watching the target's residence will 
alert the gang, either by cell phone or by business band radio. Other members, 
who are patrolling the perimeter of the area, in which the target lives, to 
watch for police and other vehicles driving in the area, will race to the 
location to begin pursuit, when a target leaves his home. In small towns, where 
business band radio is widely used, these activities are a local sport among a 
small group. Anyone with a scanner can join in. Some targets have reported 
hearing an announcement on their scanners as soon as they turn their lights on 
in the morning [meaning their residence has been under surveillance all night 
long]."

"In a typical apartment setting, the gang will attempt to lease, sublet, or 
otherwise have access to apartments above, below, and on both sides of the 
target. For apartments on either side of the target there will also be a large 
number of people coming and going, accompanied by rowdiness and noise." 

As an apartment dweller throughout my 25 years of being targeted, I like to tell 
you that they like to play mind games as well. For a year or two, for example, 
every time I arrived home from work, within thirty seconds, someone would enter 
the apartment next door to mine. And every time I started dressing to get ready 
to leave the apartment someone would leave in the apartment next door, before I 
could even open my door to find out who it was. 

Another type of harassment that these gangs set up is: someone on your floor 
will be waiting and the moment you - the target - step outside your door, this 
other individual will step outside theirs. And the moment you turn the key in 
your lock he - it is usually a male - will turn the key in his lock. And the 
gang member on your floor will also pace himself so that he arrives at the 
elevator exactly when you do, every single day, for a month, a year, or even a 
couple of years. Now, they will break. They will not do this every single day. 
They might do it three days a week, but after a while it is clear that it is not 
random. 

"A common ruse used by these groups is that they are a 'citizens group' which 
assists the police and they are 'just keeping track of' a certain individual, 
for whatever reason. The illusion is reinforced by the 'case files' they carry 
which are complete with photos of the target and look like those used by 
police."

Now this ruse or trick is one of the ways that neighbours are recruited. Let me 
comment here that once gang stalking starts, it almost always continues for 
life. It is common for newer target to fail to recognize the deliberate nature 
of their mishaps. I can speak from myself here. In my early days I couldn't just 
belief that these people would keep it up for year after year. (I thought) this 
must be something on the spiritual side - bad luck or something. I couldn't 
belief that this was deliberate harassment until I got online, 16 years after my 
harassment started, and I discovered that others were having the same 
experience. 

The use of mishaps is set up to look like anything except harassment. It is 
deliberately planned so that it provides plausible cover for the stalking gangs. 
So they can continue with no fear for being caught. I seem to be contradicting 
myself, because I said earlier that I think they are above the police and they 
don't get caught, because they have so many members in high places. At this 
point in history, mid-2005, there are still honest people in the justice system. 
The problem is that somehow the leaders behind these gangs have worked their way 
into positions of leadership. When we deal with public officials it often 
appears to us they are afraid of something. They really don't want to talk to us. 

Here are some more quotes about their day-to-day operations:

"Physical harassment is used when a target has no witnesses. A main objective is 
to isolate the target from his family and friends. Te target can tell them about 
all the strange things happening around him, but they will not understand and 
perhaps will think the target is crazy."

It is standard practice to surround the vehicle of a target who is driving in an 
attempt to control his speed. He will not be followed in close proximity by the 
same vehicles for a long distance. The gang members do frequent trade-offs.
 
"In many parts of the country [and for the author that means mainly the U.S.] it 
is common to see groups of six to 30 or more vehicles driving around in convoys 
with their high beams on during the day. This is one of the ways a convoy can be 
identified." 

"A target will be followed on foot wherever he goes. The gang members also like 
to wear name badges on a lanyard, and some carry phony police badges."

"Many tactics are tried and the result is observed. Those, which evoke a 
response from the target, are repeated. The objective is to harass the target 
constantly."

These gangs will harass the targets down to the most trivial level. There is no 
harassment, no method too small or too silly for these sick gang members. For 
example, I used to walk to work and I would often stop in the local bus station 
on the way, perhaps to use the washroom, or to take a drink of water. Well, 
there were vigilante gang members around there, and these people were teens. 
They loved to come up behind me, while I was drinking out of the water fountain, 
and just rapidly click a pen. That is what the author means when he says there 
is no harassment method too small and too silly for the gang members. 

"Gangs attempt to interfere with any business and personal relationships which 
the target has. Typically, this interference involves character assassination 
from some anonymous individual."

That is absolutely true. And I discovered that this happens at times when I stay 
put in a place for a while. I usually live in a location four years or longer. 
So eventually your neighbours get to see and know you, and they realize that 
these lies were ridiculous. 

"At work, the target will also experience character assassination. If he works 
in any position where he has to deal with the public, there will be a steady 
stream of customers who complain about the target. If the target is a real 
estate agent, he will have a steady stream of prospects who occupy his time but 
never make an offer." 

Here is one that I am familiar with: 

"Group members will also frequently knock on the target's door for whatever 
peculiar reasons they can dream up." 

That is actually a good indicator. When you start getting nonsensical phone 
calls and people knocking on your door, you may want to consider that you have 
been put on a list to become a target of vigilante stalking. 

"In an apartment setting, targets can expect to hear tapping on the walls [and 
sometimes it's pretty loud] in the middle of the night, faucets running, 
hammering etc. from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the 
apartments on both sides. The vigilantes will continue to 'work' on these 
activities for as long as they can get away with them." 

"Vehicle related tactics include blockade, so the target vehicle cannot leave a 
parking lot, for example, or he is surrounded by slow moving vehicles. 

"Standard practice is to watch the target's vehicles. And having gang members 
around a target's vehicle a lot, subjects their vehicle to damage including 
slashed tires, scratched paint, stolen license plates, etc. Typically they will 
not cut the brake lines on vehicles or commit other similar acts of sabotage 
which are extremely hazardous, but they will drain the oil or antifreeze over a 
period of time."

This points out that the perpetrators - although they are very arrogant - do 
restrain themselves in certain ways. When somebody cuts your brake lines, the 
police might officially get involved, but they stop short and would much rather 
destroy your engine by draining all the oil, for example. 

"Often the gang members occupy a nearby apartment, part time, when the owner 
isn't there, and the owner receives some benefit in return. A target may 
frequently notice someone leaving a nearby apartment when he leaves his, and 
arrive when he arrives."

Here the author confirms my experience about playing mind games by having 
someone synchronize their leaving in the morning to go to work with yours. This 
happens even when you leave at very different times.

Now that is a small sampling of the operations carried out against the targets 
of these criminal stalking gangs. Currently, the justice system typical response 
to complaints about this activity is to label the vigilante-stalking victim as 
mentally ill. The justice system then washes their hands of the problem. This is 
in itself a criminal act, and a violation of all job descriptions and oaths 
these public officials have made. Such public officials are just not doing their jobs. 

Let me close this review with a chilling quote from what the author heard from 
one of the gang leaders. 

"The leaders are starting to balk at exposing their members to arrest for 
activities which amount to little gain for the movement. They say that anyone 
who is a target should be killed, and not just harassed for years."

Those are pretty serious words. Of course, you, Joe and Jane Citizen, have the 
power to stop this by doing nothing more than asking the public officials how 
they plan to deal with the growing crime of vigilante stalking. Will you help
