This show's website is: http://www.shoestringradio.net Vigilante stalking, and the covert use of advanced electronic weapons on vigilante stalking targets, is basically the use of lies - again: LIES - to motivate networked groups of citizens, who see themselves as some kind of "citizen police", to destroy the lives of their innocent targets using both person to person harassment and electronics. These programs are about the ongoing efforts to expose this activity, and hopefully, to stop it. Today we talk about a few news items from the people who are vigilante gang stalked. 2. SUCCESS FOR CATCH WEBSITE Liza Parker is the webmaster of the CATCH, or Citizens Against Technological and Community-based Harassment website, at: http://www.c-a-t-c-h.ca She reported that one of our members has actually succeeded in convincing both a mental health worker and family members that she is not crazy. This is a substantial victory, as the number one method for keeping this issue silenced is to accuse targets of mental illness. All but a handful of doctors cooperate in this charade. And I might add that a second person in the Toronto area has also reported turning their doctor's opinion around towards reality. The material which tipped the scales in our favour was the literature available on the CATCH website and the website itself. 3. ACTIVIST WOUNDED BY POLICE OFFICER A second news item is from one of our members who have been experiencing repeated, deliberate COLLISIONS with other motorists, from the rear, at stoplights and - listeners listen carefully! - FROM A STOPPED POSITION. What this means is that she stopped at a light and the perpetrator stopped behind her. At that point the perpetrator starts moving and bashes her car in the rear end. When our member reported one of these collisions to the police, and described the repeated collisions to the officer, she was asked to retrieve the car papers from the trunk. As she was bringing the papers out, the officer slammed the trunk lid in her face, breaking her nose, cutting her lip, and breaking some teeth. This lady is one of our prominent activists. She prefers to not be identified publicly until she decides to do that herself. 4. STALKER CAUGHT WHILE STEALING FLYERS Another news item comes from one of our members who had been trying on clothes in a department store women's dressing room. She left activism flyers about vigilante stalking and electronic harassment in the booth, and moved back out among the clothing racks, keeping an eye on the changing rooms. She saw a man in a blue suit attempting to enter the booths, but he was stopped by the attendant. He bribed the attendant with a 20-dollar bill and entered and retrieved the flyers. The target immediately approached the man, snatched the flyers out of his hand and said they were hers and she had accidentally left them there. She said the man was very embarrassed and flustered. Let's hope that he was very "embarrassed and flustered" after years of having these people win every one of the stunts they pull on us. So we are finally, after decades of this, beginning to have some very small successes. We are sure there are many targets of this "extra-judicial punishment" that will come forward, bringing more success stories, or so we hope. 5. STALKING CREW CAUGHT ON VIDEO This past August (2005), one of our members who lives in Toronto, purchased a new, very small digital camcorder. This camcorder was almost as small as a pack of cigarettes. On her very first outing with the camcorder, she left her home and got into her car, intending to drive off. This was mid-afternoon in August, and she lives in an extremely quiet part of Toronto with a dead-end street nearby, where and when any kind of traffic is very rare. One very common tactic used by vigilante stalkers is to create congestion everywhere the target goes. It is very difficult for a target to enjoy solitude anywhere. This afternoon was to be no exception. The lady with the camcorder switched it on and pointed it at the end of her street, which joins with a dead-end street. When she tried her zoom feature, which is exceptionally good on this camcorder, she saw a young man on a bicycle staring intently at her. And having seen the video, listeners, I can tell you that this young man's staring is anything but friendly. She did not notice this young man at first as he was in a semi-concealed location (behind some bushes) By the way, men on bicycles are very common as members of "crowd-your-space" crews, both in her experience and mine. I have been "crowded" by middle-aged men riding bicycles even when I worked as a security guard at three o'clock in the morning. [10:00] These guys, who were in their forties, would come around at three o'clock in the morning on a bicycle for no apparent reason. This lady decided to use her camcorder's zoom to see more about what she thought might have been a crowd-your-space skit, as she so often experiences on her otherwise quiet street. She also pulled a black cloth over the camera so the "watcher" on the bike could not see what she was doing. And at that distance, and with the sky reflecting from her slanted windshield, the young "watcher" could not possibly have seen what she was up to anyway. This is demonstrated in the video in which she includes a shot from where he was watching her {going} back towards her car, and there is no way that he could have any idea about what she was doing. He probably would even not have known that she was in the car, except for the fact that he watched her enter it. Her video totaled 5 minutes, and included some ladies who spoke with the young man, where one of the ladies then turned around with a very concerned look on her face and pointed at the lady with the camera. Cars are also used in crowd-your-space skits, and one car, clearly identifiable by a missing hub cap, maneuvered back and forth, in and out of the dead-end street, as the lady sat there filming. Another cyclist arrived, glaring at her, and rode up the street obviously trying to figure out why she was simply sitting in her car and not riding off. To those of us who have been targets of this kind of crowd- your-space activity for DECADES, this is as obvious and simple as saying your ABCs. For some listeners, what I've said here may not be convincing. But let me tell you, listeners, when you have obvious surveillance and crowding-your-space skits going on every day, sometimes several times a day for 10, 15, 20, 25 years, it gets kind of onerous. As far as I'm concerned, this 5-minute video is a real landmark because we usually are under such close surveillance that we don't get really convincing footage. And vigilante stalking is FAR MORE than tossing an occasional egg at the target's home, or letting air out of the target's tires. For a vigilante stalking target EVERY SINGLE PHASE of your life is interfered with. This is made possible because every single trade is involved with vigilante gangs. Your co-workers, grocery market employees, your telephone or cable technician, your city workers, your plumber, your neighbour, members of your church, local children - and in some cases, even your professionals: doctors, lawyers, police officers - can all participate in deliberately ruining your life. And: NO, I am not paranoid, because I have been examined by psychiatrists and I have no signs of mental illness. So, as the listeners watch the stalking crew video, they should keep in mind that what they are seeing, while annoying if it happens all the time, is FAR from the worst of what vigilante stalkers do. What makes prosecution so difficult is each vigilante uses their normal function in the community to harass the target. And that can even include someone who is - say - homeless. Their normal function is to simply hang around. And yet, they do participate. The telephone technician doesn't ride a bicycle to crowd your space. He disrupts your telephone service. Members of your church may be superficially friendly while spreading vicious rumors. Local kids may "just hang around" and sit on your car, every time you come out to use it. They're just "being kids", right? Well, the target knows a little different, because he / she sees all of this all the time, while you - the observer- may only hear about it And this IS {ALSO} IMPORTANT TO YOU, listeners. We are not a few misfits. We are ONE PERSON IN EVERY HUNDRED that you know. You know at least one of us. And this is expanding. If you are interested in keeping these harassers away from you and your family, then you need to pay attention and spread the word about them. The good news is that like all criminals, they can easily be stopped if enough members of the public simply knew about them and what they do. So, passing the word is extremely important! Hopeless as all this seems, we are beginning to see a few shafts of sunlight. 6. PRESENTATION AT THE ONTARIO RAPE CRISIS CENTERS This past October (2005) Liza Parker was invited to give a half hour talk to the Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centers in Toronto. These Rape Crisis Centers are MAINSTREAM organizations. They receive some government funding as they provide a valuable community service. I attended with Liza, and operated the camcorder to film her talk. I'm happy to report that Liza's information was VERY WELL received. It held the rapt attention of these women who know very well that life has a really nasty underside, which most people prefer not to think about. As Liza talked, I could hear gasps from the audience. Liza started by asking the audience to imagine what it would be like if every rape victim had to produce enough evidence to prove she was raped, and if she couldn't, she would be locked up as mentally ill. Or if, for example, whenever someone spoke about belief in God, and if they couldn't produce proof that there is a God, then they would be force medicated for mental illness. That has been the lot of targets of vigilante stalking for many years - 25 years in my case. Liza explained that there are two components to vigilante stalking: - community based person-to-person harassment - devastating through-the-wall electronic torture Interestingly, because many in the audience were completely unaware of electronic harassment, Liza chose to speak only about anti-personnel weapons which are sold on the Internet, which are not through-wall capable, because they are so easy for newly aware people to check out for themselves. I have heard advice from some very experienced activists to not blast unaware people with every last detail of an issue, and after watching Liza's talk and the favorable reaction of the audience, I think Liza probably did the right thing. We were very fortunate in that some of the audience spoke up and said that they have had inquiries from people describing our situation, and they were very supportive. VIDEO OF RALLY IN WASHINGTON DC 2005 Also in October 2005, a number of our activists from the United States gathered for meetings in Washington DC. The original plan was to rally at the Viet Nam war memorial, but heavy rain cancelled the outdoor activity. [20:00] Indoor meetings were held instead. One activist who was instrumental in setting up these meetings is Southern Baptist pastor Dr. Leroy Gillam. Dr. Gillam has been active in other causes, and used his contacts to get appointments for a few of our members with U.S. Senators and their staffs. The senatorial staffs are interested to the extent they are networking with our members, and we pray this quiet initiative will bear fruit. NETWORKING FOR STALKING TARGETS Our members have also begun to do increasing amounts of local networking. One of the biggest problems that we have had is that although 1 person in a 100 (according to a 2002 survey) is being targeted by vigilante stalkers, only a tiny fraction of the total has become aware {of this}. The reason so few are aware is that the person-to-person harassment is always set up to look like "life's normal breaks." What also makes it difficult is that people in the trades do their harassment as part of the their normal work. So, it is very hard to point a finger and say "That person is harassing me!", because he may look clumsy, inapt, and incompetent, but to proof that he is harassing you is quite difficult. However, from the target's standpoint, when you tradesmen harassing you in some fashion every single day, everywhere you go, then you will see the whole story and you are the only one on the planet who does. That is why it is so difficult. The harassment is also done by large groups of people - 100 or more per group, according to author David Lawson. So no one vigilante stalker can be proven to have done very much. In fact, it is quite rare to see them more than once. I might see them again, but maybe once a year. Another reason so few people are aware that they are being deliberately harassed is that the electronic harassment is silent, and most people don't know the weapons exist. So massive attacks on health, such as nighttime sleep deprivation and daytime electronic fatigue attacks are assumed to be some kind of natural health problem. Our networking efforts are one way we are trying to overcome this isolation. Our first networking initiative has been to post the names, locations, and contact information for people who want to network locally with others. Not everyone of our members does want to network locally, but some do, and they have posted their names and contact information. NOTE FROM POLICE OFFICER Another little ray of sunshine here! Recently, I received a note from a high-ranking police officer. I'm going to keep his name confidential for now. This letter, though, provides STUNNING confirmation of what we vigilante stalking targets have learned, but have been unable to prove over the years and decades we've been harassed. Let me read this letter for the listeners: LETTER FROM POLICE OFFICER (read by Eleanor): "Dear Eleanor, "I stumbled across your site only a matter of days ago and I'm afraid to say that the information has confirmed a number of facts that I had always suspected to be the case. Throughout recent years we have often..." ELEANOR: And folks, notice that word "often"! LETTER FROM POLICE OFFICER CONTINUES: "Throughout recent years we have often been called to cases where in a victim suspects that he/she is being stalked by a large gang, and sometimes has some form of photographic evidence to back this up. However, our superiors informed us that they had strict orders (from where they were unsure) that we were to ignore all cases of gang stalking and, if possible, to provide evidence that the victim is insane." ELEANOR: Did you hear that? These police are ordered to ignore all cases of gang stalking and, if possible, to provide evidence that the one complaining is INSANE. This has been our experience! We have never been taken serious by the police and we are grilled as if WE are the problem. LETTER FROM POLICE OFFICER CONTINUES: "From my investigation in recent days it has become clear that: "- Victims are often people living on their own. This is because it is a lot easier to marginalize a victim who has no direct relatives to support them. It is also very useful for the perpetrators, since the person living alone can be classed as mentally ill and there will be absolutely no evidence to prove that this is not that case. "- The criminal justice system is strictly under the control of a small elite who ensure that no charges are pressed against the instigators of the gang stalking. "I will continue to look into the matter in the forthcoming weeks. I get the feeling that perhaps in the Christmas period we may see a surge in attacks. I will endeavor to keep you informed as long as I am not silenced." ELEANOR: Thank you for being an upstanding defender of the truth. When justice is done, you will be recognized as a pioneer of their downfall. I would say everyone in our group is a pioneer, and we wish we weren't, believe me! So it is hard to add anything to that letter! This police officer has the picture in absolutely sharp focus! [30:00] It is a thrill to hear such words from a police official, even if on his own he is unable to stem the tide. 10. WHY ELECTRONIC ATTACKS ARE HARD TO PROOF Here's an item that relates to proof of electronic attacks. We are often disbelieved because, unlike a bullet from a gun, we can't deliver physical evidence of the electronic attacks to the authorities or anyone else. This is for these reasons: 1) The electronics are generally silent, even though in a few cases something has been recorded. The problem with recorded sound is convincing a listener that it's from an advanced electronic weapon and not some mundane source. 2) The symptoms of electronic attack, such as pain, extreme body heat, extremely fast heartbeat, dizziness, extreme wakefulness at night, extreme fatigue at daytime, extreme itching, or wild flailing of arms and legs can be symptoms of natural illnesses. And the voice to skull symptom, which includes things like fake alarm clock ringing, fake telephone ringing, fake knocking on the door, can also be seen as indicating mental illness. Even though, since the early 1970s, when voice to skull was demonstrated using unclassified modified radar equipment, it no longer should be considered absolute proof of mental illness. Often it is {considered as such} by the uninformed public and the particularly uninformed medical system. 3) The average person doesn't have test equipment, which can catch evidence of electronic attack, particularly when the attacks occur in short bursts, and often stop when the test equipment is set up. 4) Today's electronic weapons have shown that they can readily cause their effects even when the target is inside a multi-layer top quality shielded enclosure, which stops conventional electromagnetic signals. So you can see, listener, why we have had great difficulty bringing forward absolute proof that advanced electronic weapons are in use. But lack of absolute proof is not the same thing as crimes-not-happening. 11. COMMERCIAL FOR THE BOOK "UNSHACKLED" And now folks, lets take a minute to hear a commercial about a book of MKULTRA survivor Kathleen Sullivan, who is an activist for freedom against all sorts of oppression such as vigilante stalking and electronic harassment. Kathleen is a survivor of brutal torture submitted for government-sponsored torture during the MKULTRA-era by her own family as a small child. Children are abused sexually and by other physical and mental methods to force them to develop multiple personalities. Once multiple personalities are firmly established and each one can be selected, like changing channels on a TV, by a handler, these separate personalities can be hypnotized and programmed to commit terrible crimes, which the normal personality would not, even murder. Separate hypnotized personalities also help the tortured victim's handler to keep secrets, since multiple personalities are generally not aware of each other. Using a multiple personality victim to do espionage is a favorite method of employment for government handlers, because of the ability to keep secrets. One of Kathleen's causes is to support victims of pedophiles. A powerful way to discredit recovered memories of child sexual abuse is by having mental health professionals to claim the child's memories are false. Such professionals have formed the False Memory Syndrome foundation. Kathleen explains in her book that the False Memory Syndrome foundation was initiated by CIA personnel, or contractors, to discredit the many victims of sexual and other abuse under the MKULTRA-era research programs. In one case, activist Sueann Campbell was in a restaurant and seated with her companion beside a large fish tank. Sueann noticed that after they had been there a short time, all the fish swam into one corner of the tank and stayed there the entire time that she was there. Sueann reported that these fish seemed to want to swim away from something but were stopped by the glass tank wall. Sueann is fairly convinced that someone had a local electronic weapon in the restaurant. She did see some people who she considered to be candidates for perpetrators, sitting on the opposite side of the tank. While it is speculation, it is also very unusual behavior for the fish. In other cases, cats and dogs have been seen "hearing" something in a room, which is silent to their owners. That is not usual, but the animals sometimes stare - say - for extended times at a corner of the room, or otherwise run from the room and even hide in closets, which is definitely not their normal behavior, and when the owner is feeling symptoms of electronic attack. In other words, this reaction from their pets coincides with the electronic attack symptoms. 13) INFORMATION ABOUT 'THE HUM' AND 'THE TONE' One VERY common symptom of electronic attack is the hearing of high-pitched tones. Sometimes this starts intermittently but changes to continuous. I have been continuously hit with a pair of high-pitched tones for several years. My two tones are in the region of 11,000 Hertz. The way we can measure the frequency of a tone is to use an audio tone generator, and gradually as we listen, raise it's tone until it equals one of the frequencies we are experiencing. And when that happens you "zero beat", and that means you hear a kind of warble between the two tones that gets slower and slower as you adjust one of the tones to match the other. The warble disappears when the two tones are exactly the same frequency. These tones are very significant, because one of the available weapons is a method of generating subliminal hypnosis called "silent sound." "Silent sound" was patented in 1992 by Dr. Oliver Lowery, under U.S. patent number 5,159,703. It is used to produce self-help hypnosis tapes and CDs in the commercial arena. (...) Sorry about that folks, but disrupting our ability to speak is something, which is also a fairly common effect of the many types of effect of electronic hypnosis. {Typist: Eleanor commented on this phenomenon in show #3: "My throat frequently clogs up when I am trying to record these shows."} [40:00] Since animals can hear high frequencies more readily than we can. These anomalous behaviors of pets are very helpful in showing the public that what we are talking about is real. And by the way, one website has begun collecting reports of odd high tone hearing which the webmaster Ted Twietmeyer claims is very widespread now. Ted Twietmeyer is not taking a position yet that this is electronic harassment. Interested listeners may want to call it up in their browsers and have a look. The link is: http://www.data4science.net/hftone Here is what Ted Twietmeyer lists as some characteristics of THE TONE: 1) It appears to come from everywhere, without being directional. 2) You can hear it anywhere, even underground. 3) Every now and then it may stop, and then restart. 4) It is audible around many parts of the USA, and perhaps all of it. This is a little bit like THE HUM, which you may be familiar with, which is in the HIGH frequency end of the hearing range. You may also have heard of the TAOS HUM (Taos is a city in New Mexico), which is in the LOW frequency range. THE TONE, which Ted Twietmeyer is reporting on his website, is very much LIKE "silent sound." I am only speculating here, but it is quite possible that this is some sort of attempt at broadcasting subliminal hypnosis to the entire world, or at least to North America where Ted Twietmeyer is talking about. The point of mentioning Ted Twietmeyer's independent observations that people are hearing the high pitched tone is to show you listeners that there are a lot of things going on that are not being reported in the mainstream media, but are potentially quite important. My own take on this is that the mainstream media is probably very much controlled, and the fact that some of these important news items are not making it out to the public is not an accident. 14. HOW LISTENERS CAN HELP Let me say in closing that sometimes, listeners will write in and ask: "What can we do?" At this point in time, in my view, the most helpful thing that anyone can do is to increase the NUMBERS of people who are at least AWARE of vigilante gang stalking. Members of the public who share this information with others can simply say they have heard about it on ROAD TO FREEDOM, without endorsing it. That way, the person sharing the information isn't risking their personal reputation. If the person you mention this crime syndrome to rejects it, fine, just drop the subject. But those of us who are targets give you our sincerest thanks for trying. Ultimately, if we can increase our NUMBERS enough, perhaps vigilante stalking can be stopped before it affects you or your loved ones! And my personal opinion is that if everybody knew what is going on, then it simply could not continue, because the public would not allow it to continue. And don't forget that civilian harassment groups are a standard feature of all tyrannical governments, even during the time a dictator is working towards the takeover. Hitler had harassment squads in civilian clothes, Stalin did, and so has every other dictator. Surveillance and control at the neighborhood level are essential to establishing and maintaining a dictatorship. Please keep this in mind and don't take the issue of vigilante stalking lightly. It could be pointing towards something far more important and serious.
