This show's website is: http://www.shoestringradio.net Vigilante stalking, and the covert use of advanced electronic weapons on vigilante stalking targets, is basically the use of lies - again: LIES - to motivate networked groups of citizens, who see themselves as some kind of "citizen police", to destroy the lives of their innocent targets using both person to person harassment and electronics. These programs are about the ongoing efforts to expose this activity, and hopefully, to stop it. When discussing the international crime syndrome we call vigilante stalking and electronic harassment, the question always, and rightly, arises as to WHY: why so much time and money is spent on harassing people who are nobodies. People, who not only are nobodies, but are not part of an identifiable minority likely to attract harassment. My (Eleanor White's) answer after 26 years of vigilante stalking and electronic harassment is that a POLITICAL agenda is the only reason I can think of as being sufficiently powerful and well funded to carry out this covert program of terrorizing citizens. I am a retired engineer. I do not know much about politics. So I have listened with great interest over the past few years to a brave group of truth seekers I call the U.S. Patriot broadcasters. And that is not necessarily everyone who uses the "US patriot" label. These are a small group of broadcasters that broadcast on short wave, the Internet by podcasting, and on a few AM/FM stations. In show #21 of ROAD TO FREEDOM I explained who they are, and what they stand for. The Patriot broadcasters and their guests have done considerable research into politics, government crimes and history. Additionally, their guests include many first person government, military and corporate whistleblowers, which adds a vivid third dimension to their presentations. One of their guests has been author JIM MARRS, and today I'm going to discuss his book titled "Rule By Secrecy". This book was a real eye-opener for me, who for the most of my life, thought that government was actually as presented in the mainstream media and (I might add) in high school history books: a beneficent group that actually represented the best interests of the people. By listening to the Patriot broadcasts and reading RULE BY SECRECY, I have begun to understand something about how government really works. How the visible government {officials} are actually puppets with their strings pulled by the very wealthy and influential of the world. RULE BY SECRECY discusses some of the groups formed by these wealthy and influential controllers of world events. Again, these wealthy influential controllers form various groups to insist in carrying out their agenda, which is not always - and in fact some would say "not often" - the same as in the interest of the average citizen. One thing such groups have in common is that they contain a significant body of people as members who are NOT aware of the covert, criminal groups who wield the real power. These influential groups sometimes actually publish articles about their work, and such articles, together with the honest testimony of their unaware - I repeat: UNAWARE - members make them appear to be very laudable organizations indeed. Now, I'm not claiming that Jim Marrs' book RULE BY SECRECY proves to a courtroom standard that these organizations of the wealthy and influential are directly operating the vigilante stalking and electronic harassment gangs. But I AM presenting what Jim Marrs wrote as at least a strong hint of a type of government likely to approve of and cultivate groups and activity which WELL COULD account for the international vigilante stalking crime cabal we suffer from today. I'm also saying that if the listener would read RULE BY SECRECY, that would be a good first step towards understanding how an international vigilante stalking and electronic harassment cabal could arise and be sustained. RULE BY SECRECY was published in 2000 by Harper Collins publishers of New York City. The paperback version is 467 pages. Government crime talk show host Richard Syrett of CFMJ Toronto recommends this book as an excellent all round reference to explain how many serious and covered up government crimes get perpetrated and perpetuated. He keeps a copy as a bedside reference and recommends it to his listeners. [10:00] One overriding reaction to RULE BY SECRECY was that I found it most disturbing that so many brave members of the military have given their lives believing in a cause, when the true cause of those wars has apparently been behind the scenes machinations of moneyed elites who never came close to a battlefield. RULE BY SECRECY lists some identifiable organs of the international shadow government, and explains their makeup and history. I will summarize some of these shadow government identifiable organs, and I will largely be using quotes from the book itself. RULE BY SECRECY: 1) THE NEW WORLD ORDER The GOAL of the shadow government, which has existed for centuries, and requires the destruction of national sovereignty to achieve. Defeating sovereignty can be accomplished by creating crises so severe that long term help from other nations is required. Massive influx of illegal immigrants can help with destruction of sovereignty. ARTIFICIALLY CREATED long-term drought can bring sovereignty to its knees, and that appears to be in progress in North America by way of the chemtrails. George Bush Senior (GHW) spoke repeatedly about the New World Order, but did not explain what this concept meant. The New World Order means a single world government. Reading this book paints a picture of the single world government as overwhelmingly likely, as brutal and totalitarian as is humanly possible. ELEANOR: I heard that the current pope, Benedict, appealed for a New World Order in one of his Christmas 2005 speeches. RULE BY SECRECY: 2) THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS (CFR) which Jim Marrs calls: "the granddaddy of the modern American secret societies...") The council on Foreign Relations began as an outgrowth of a series of meetings conducted during World War I. In 1917, Colonel Edward Mandell House, President Woodrow Wilson's confidential adviser, had gathered about one hundred prominent men to discuss the postwar world. Dubbing themselves "the Inquiry", they made plans for a peace settlement... The CFR's (current-day) invitation-only membership, originally limited to 1,600 participants, today numbers more than 3,300 representing the most influential leaders in finance, commerce, the media, and academia. Admission is a very discriminating and painful process: candidates have to be proposed by a member, seconded by another member, approved by a membership committee, screened by the professional staff, and finally approved by the board of directors of the Council of Foreign Relations. Once the ruling members of the CFR have decided that the U.S. Government should adopt a particular policy, very substantial research facilities are put to work to develop arguments, intellectual and emotional, to support the new policy, and to CONFOUND and DISCREDIT, intellectually and politically, ANY opposition... John Kenneth Galbraith... called off-the-record talks by the Treasury Secretary or CIA Director to CFR members a "scandal". He asked: "Why should businessmen be briefed by government officials on information not available to the public...?" ELEANOR: A very good point! RULE BY SECRECY: 3) THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION: "By the early 1970's, ... many Americans were becoming more aware of secretive organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations. Former CFR chairman David Rockefeller, apparently in an effort to deflect public attention from CFR activities, instigated the creation of a more public offshoot organization: the Trilateral Commission." ELEANOR: In other words... Jim Marrs is saying here that the Trilateral Commission was a kind of front organization. RULE BY SECRECY: "Trilateral" means "Europe, North America, and Asia". The concept of the Trilateral Commission was originally brought to Rockefeller by Zbigniew Brzezinski, then head of the Russian Studies Department at Columbia University. Brzezinski declared that "National Sovereignty is no longer a viable concept". ELEANOR: This is the head of Russian Studies at Columbia University saying that national sovereignty is no longer a viable concept. RULE BY SECRECY: Brzezinski's hope for a global society did not exclude nations under the rule of Marxism, which he described as "a further vital and creative stage in the maturing of man's universal vision... a victory of reason over belief." Brzezinski was named North American Director, when the Trilateral Commission was founded on July 1, 1973. The Trilateral Commission led to the 1979 creation of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) {a civilian organization with the power to take TOTALITARIAN CONTROL of government functions in the event of a national "emergency".} ELEANOR: And let me say that some Patriot researchers have said that originally it was the Federal Emergency MILITARY Agency. So, although this is a civilian organization with the power to take totalitarian control of government functions into the event of a national emergency, the military is quietly involved. By the way, I place that national emergency phrase in quotes, because many recent "emergencies" show strong evidence of being CREATED rather than occurring naturally or accidentally. Created emergencies were evident in the way Hitler managed to get World War II started, for example. RULE BY SECRECY: The Trilateral Commission has acquired a reputation for being the "Shadow Government of the West", says author Jim Marrs. The Trilateral Commission has been described by some as a cabal of powerful men out to control the world by creating a supranational community dominated by the multinational corporations. ELEANOR: In other words: WORLD FASCISM. RULE BY SECRECY: 4) THE BILDERBERGERS The Bilderbergers... are a group of powerful men and women - many of them European royalty - who meet in secret each year to discuss the issues of the day. Despite the fact that many highly regarded American MEDIA members meet with the Bilderbergers, LITTLE OR NOTHING gets reported on the group or its activities. ELEANOR: Why is that? Why do the mainstream media leaders participate if they don't publish what has taken place? Something to think about as you hear endless stories focusing on O.J. Simpson's trial or the latest professional sports player contracts. Is it possible that the mainstream media have become the propaganda arm of this New World Order? I don't have any doubt about that myself. RULE BY SECRECY: {The name} "Bilderbergers" derives from the Bilderberg Hotel in Oosterbeek in Holland, where the public first discovered the group in 1954. The Bilderbergers have included CIA Director Allen Dulles, CIA official Thomas Braden, OSS Director William Donovan, and CIA-connected C. D. Jackson, Life Magazine publisher and President Eisenhower's "special consultant for psychological warfare". ELEANOR: This sounds like a harmless outing by royalty, doesn't it? Now, "special consultant for psychological warfare" perks my ears up! In addition to totally ruining the lives of vigilante stalking targets, vigilante stalking has to rank as the all time classical psychological warfare program! Remember listeners that it is designed to make the individual who is targeted to look like crazy by having members of the community to use their ordinary position as neighbours, city workers, technicians, members of law enforcement, the judicial system and the medical system, all appearing to be performing their normal functions. And because these small harassment events are never seen by a casual observer, hence the target tends to be looked on as crazy. This is at least a form of what psychological warfare is all about. RULE BY SECRECY: The primary impetus for Bilderberger meetings came from the Dutch Prince Bernhard, a former member of the Nazi SS (isn't that interesting?), who later married Princess Juliana and became a major shareholder and officer in Dutch Shell Oil. Americans who have attended Bilderberger meetings include CFR members George Ball, Dean Acheson, Dean Rusk, McGeorge Bundy, Christian Herter, Douglas Dillon, J. Robert Oppenheimer, Walter Reuther, Jacob Javits, Robert McNamara, Walter Bedell Smith, General Lyman Lemnitzer, J. William Fulbright, and Henry Ford II. An obvious connecting link between the CFR, Trilateral Commission, and the Bilderbergers is the Rockefeller family, particularly the youngest son, David. ELEANOR: Next... listen VERY carefully to this quote from Senator Barry Goldwater. RULE BY SECRECY: "David Rockefeller's newest international cabal (The Trilateral Commission)... is intended to be the vehicle for consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by SEIZING CONTROL OF THE POLITICAL GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES." ELEANOR: Are you, listener, now beginning to see that the history you learned in school was probably woefully incomplete? Mine was, for sure! RULE BY SECRECY: 5) THE ILLUMINATI An evolved 1700's order of German origin, which had as a founding principle that "the end justifies the means" and that bad deeds were only "bad" because of moral rules the Illuminated ones deemed "arbitrary". (Obviously, Hitler embraced this idea.) The Illuminati merged itself into European Freemasonry, and settled into "Hidden Grades", that is the degrees (ranks) in Freemasonry above 33, unknown to the general public and most lower ranking Freemasons. Allthough unknown if existing today explicitly, the groups outlined above certainly appear to embrace the concepts of the early philosophy. ELEANOR: Researchers are not certain if the Illuminati per se (as a group identifiable by that name) exist today. The important thing is that the philosophy certainly does. RULE BY SECRECY: 6) FREEMASONRY Jim Marrs describes Freemasonry as the ongoing "connective tissue" between modern and ancient secret societies, which existed long before the 18th century Illuminati. Derived from actual ancient masons, who had meeting halls or "lodges" in every major city of the Old World and which did carry secret construction related knowledge. ELEANOR: By the way, the current name for Freemasonry is "the order of free and accepted masons". My understanding is that the "free" dates back to when the members were actual masons who did stonework. The "accepted" members came along afterwards and were not masons by trade. RULE BY SECRECY: Prominent nineteenth-century Freemason Albert Pike admitted that Freemasonry has "two doctrines, one concealed and reserved for the Masters, ...the other public...". The vast majority of Masons never pass from the public to the concealed doctrine. Deception of the public as to the concealed doctrines has been accomplished by providing both Masonic initiates and the inquiring public with such a mass of contradictory and confusing information, traditions, and history that even Masonic scholars cannot agree on many issues. Author Albert Mackey acknowledges that Masonic records are "replete with historical inaccuracies, with anachronisms, and even with absurdities." ELEANOR: With secrecy, and a scale of loyalty oaths leading towards a shifting of allegiance from God and Country to Freemasonry, one can see that the upper, not-known-to-the- public or even most Masons "Illuminated" levels of Freemasonry, would at least provide fertile soil for the nurturing and practice of covert electronic harassment and vigilante stalking. It is kind of amazing how many historical figures were, or are, high-level Masons. RULE BY SECRECY: [page 25] U.S. Presidents who were high-level masons: Washington, Monroe, Polk, Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, Garfield, Taft, Harding, Truman, Ford and both Theodore and Franklin Roosevelt. Other historical well-known people who were high-level masons: John Hancock, Benjamin Franklin, Paul Revere, Sam Houston, Davy Crockett, Jim Bowie, Douglas MacArthur, J. Edgar Hoover, Hubert Humphrey, Winston Churchill, Cecil Rhodes, Horatio Nelson, Duke Arthur Wellington, Simon Bolivar, Franz Josef Haydn, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Goethe, and Voltaire. ELEANOR: Here are some other notable quotes excerpted from the book "Rule By Secrecy". RULE BY SECRECY: A French publisher was once quoted as saying: [Page 7] "It would not be possible to trace ownership of corporations and the power structure in the United States. 'They' would not permit it. 'They' would find a way to hound and torture anyone who tried. 'They' seem to be a fairly small group of people who know each other, but many are not at all known to the public. 'They' move in and out of government jobs, but public service apparently serves to win private promotion, rather than the other way around. The Government 'control' that practically everyone mentions cannot be traced through stock holdings, regulatory agencies, or public decisions. It seems to function through a maze of personal contacts and tacit understandings." ELEANOR: To this, one might add their membership in secret societies. [30:00] Let me comment here, listeners, that David Lawson reveals in his book "Terrorists Stalking In America" that he discovered during his research that corporations backed a number of these vigilante stalking groups. These groups have a pretty hefty budget, because they can instantly rent property adjacent to the target's {property}, follow them everywhere, and have excellent communication equipment, and so fort. So, you have a government shrouded in secrecy in terms of how the power structure actually works, and this author seems to be saying that the membership in secret societies seems to be the conduit for their command structure, as opposed to visible institutions and procedures. And Jim Marss' book seems to be backing up what David Lawson discovered that today's world government is in fact closet fascism, and that the corporations who are backing these vigilante stalking groups are participants in that regime. RULE BY SECRECY: [Page 7] Many conspiracy authors have written about dark plots to impose a "New World Order" from within modern secret societies such as the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Illuminati, the Committee of 300, and others. Objective researchers point to the absence of libel suits against such writers as lending some credence to their views. ELEANOR: Let me say that again: authors, who make these claims about these secret, or semi-secret societies, don't ever seem to get sued! Jim Marss and {other authors} are saying that this lends some credence to their claims, because if they were libeling these groups then it is very likely that they would immediately be sued and stopped. RULE BY SECRECY: Yet the mainstream news media rarely sees fit to discuss - much less investigate - such views. [Page 8] When it comes to this nation's deepest, darkest secrets, it appears there are powers even higher than the President of the United States and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. [Page 11] "They" also maintain monopolies over energy, medicine, armaments, and manufacturing by SUPPRESSING NEW TECHNOLOGIES. ELEANOR: Suppressing new technologies... We, targets of electronic harassment, are often awash in new technologies unknown to the general public! And I can say with some degree of authority (being a retired engineer now) that I know that some of the effects we experience simply cannot be done using any conventional equipment that is on the market today, and that includes the very latest stuff, {because} it goes even beyond that. RULE BY SECRECY: [Page 13] U.S. Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter once revealed, "The real rulers in Washington are invisible, and exercise power from behind the scenes". [Page 13] ...newly elected President Franklin Roosevelt wrote: "The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson." [Page 14] Colonel L. Fletcher Prouty (retired) served as a Focal Point liaison officer between the Pentagon and the CIA from 1955 to 1963. From his vantage point, Prouty was able to witness the control mechanisms over both intelligence and the military. Writing in 1973, Prouty said the United States is run by a "Secret Team", an "inner sanctum of a new 'religious' order answerable only to themselves. "The power of the Team derives from its vast intra-governmental undercover infrastructure and its direct relationship with the great private industries, mutual funds, and investment houses, universities, and the news media, including foreign and domestic publishing houses. "...All true members of the Team remain in the power center whether in office with the incumbent administration or out of office with the hardcore set. They simply rotate to and from official jobs and the business world or the pleasant haven of academia." Prouty wrote: "This great machine has been constructed by such able men as Wild Bill Donovan, Clark Clifford, Walter Bedell Smith, Allen Dulles, Maxwell Taylor, McGeorge Bundy and many others, who have guided and molded it into the runaway giant that it is today. It is big business, big government, big money, big pressure... all operating in self-centered, utterly self-serving security and SECRECY." ELEANOR: Smells just like the vigilante stalking perpetrator organization, doesn't it? RULE BY SECRECY: [Page 163-164, section titled "Hitler's Support Group"] "It was, in fact, wealthy businessmen in WESTERN industrial and banking circles who guaranteed Hitler's success... "The deal bringing Hitler into the (German) government was cut at the home of banker Baron Kurt von Schroeder on January 4, 1933. According to Eustace Mullins, also attending this meeting were John Foster Dulles and Allen Dulles of the New York law firm Sullivan and Cromwell, which represented the Schroeder bank." ELEANOR: Do you understand what that means, listeners? The deal bringing Hitler into the German government was attended by a future Secretary of State and CIA boss. RULE BY SECRECY: The next year, when Rosenberg represented Hitler in England, he met with Schroeder Bank of London managing director T. C. Tiarks, who also was a director of the Bank of England. Throughout World War II, the Schroeder bank acted as financial agents for Germany in both Britain and the United States." [Page 166-167] "Another American supporter of Hitler was Joseph P. Kennedy, father of the future president. On May 3, 1941, President Roosevelt was advised by FBI director J. Edgar Hoover that 'Joseph P. Kennedy, the former ambassador to England, and Ben Smith, the Wall Street operator, some time in the past had a meeting with (Nazi Luftwaffe chief Hermann) Goering in Vichy, France, and thereafter Kennedy and Smith had donated a considerable amount of money to the German cause. They are both described as being very anti-British and pro-German.' "And support for Hitler continued to grow in Britain. According to Howard S. Katz, 'In spring of 1934, a select group of city financiers gathered around Montagu Norman ... [head of] the Bank of England ... Hitler had disappointed his critics. His regime was no temporary nightmare, but a system with a very good future, and Mr. Norman advised his directors to include Hitler in their plans." ELEANOR: {So} the Bank of England includes Hitler in their plains. RULE BY SECRECY: "There was no opposition and it was decided that Hitler would get covert help from London's financial section... [40:00] "Considerable financial aid also came from Sir Henri Deterding, the powerful head of Royal Dutch-Shell Oil, who lived in London. His motives stemmed from his hope that Hitler, who had made it clear in 'Mein Kampf' that he intended to subjugate Russia, might regain Deterding's assets in the Baku, Grozny, and Maikop oil fields." ELEANOR: Are you beginning to see how these wars come about? The following, long quotation is from a document which evolved from 1864 through 1897, and has been reported as FAKED as a document allegedly written by Jewish New World Order planners. FAKED! {It was} intended to bring the wrath of the world against the Jews. But this document is very important as an ILLUSTRATION of the TACTICS... I am not reading it for trying to bring any disrepute on the Jews. I am saying that someone wrote this document to ILLUSTRATE the TACTICS of those who seek to enslave humanity, whoever they may be. The title was "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion", published in 1897 by a Russian religious writer. Criminals seeking to enslave and oppress ordinary human beings exist in ALL ethnic groups, and absolutely the reader should infer NO slur against the Jewish community. Given today's rapid deconstruction of freedom, particularly in the United States, I think this quote must be included here, fake or not, to illustrate the MINDSET of all New World Order criminals. RULE BY SECRECY: [Page 146] "The Protocols still chills readers with its prophetic description of the methodology for tyranny by the few. Its message fits quite well with the elitist outlooks of men like Cecil Rhodes and the Rothschilds." ELEANOR: The Rothschilds have been big world bankers for a long time. RULE BY SECRECY, QUOTING FROM THE PROTOCOLS OF THE LEARNED ELDERS OF ZION: "We are the chosen, we are the only true men. Our minds give off the true power of the spirit; the intelligence of the rest of the world is merely instinctive and animal. They can see, but they cannot foresee; their inventions are merely corporeal. Does it not follow that nature herself has predestined us to dominate the whole world?" stated the alleged writers of the Protocols. "Outwardly, however, in our 'official' utterances, we shall adopt an opposite procedure, and always do our best to appear honorable and cooperative. A statesman's words do not have to agree with his acts." ELEANOR: How true that is, folks, in the world of vigilante stalking and electronic harassment. RULE BY SECRECY, QUOTING FROM THE PROTOCOLS: "If we pursue these principles, the governments and peoples which we have thus prepared will take our IOUs for cash." ELEANOR: Like the privately owned Federal Reserve Banks, who back their printed money with NOTHING. RULE BY SECRECY, QUOTING FROM THE PROTOCOLS: "One day they {meaning the people of the world} will accept us as benefactors and saviors of the human race. If any state dared to resist us, if its neighbors make common cause with it, we will unleash a world war." ELEANOR: The Protocols go on to explain that the goal of world domination will be accomplished BY CONTROLLING HOW THE PUBLIC THINKS by controlling what they hear, by creating new conflicts, or restoring old orders, by spreading hunger, destitution and plague, by seducing and distracting the youth. RULE BY SECRECY, QUOTING FROM THE PROTOCOLS: "By all these methods we shall so wear down the nations that they will be forced to offer us world domination." ELEANOR: Does that sound a bit like what is happening right now, folks? Here are some more excerpts from specific points listed in THE PROTOCOLS from the book RULE BY SECRECY, starting at page 148. [Protocol 1] "We shall create an intensified centralization of government," [Protocol 5] ELEANOR: And that certainly does look like what Bush is doing with the government of the United States right now. RULE BY SECRECY, QUOTING FROM THE PROTOCOLS: "...we must develop a Super-Government by representing it as the Protector and Benefactor of all those who voluntarily submit. ... We shall soon begin to establish huge monopolies..." [Protocol 6] ELEANOR: And remember that Hitler called the military commanders of countries he took over "Reich's protectors". RULE BY SECRECY, QUOTING FROM THE PROTOCOLS: "The intensification of armaments, the increase of police forces ... [so that] in all the States of the world, besides ourselves, [there will be] only the masses of the proletariat, a few millionaires devoted to our interests, police, and soldiers." [Protocol 7] ELEANOR: That seems the way things are heading for anyone who watched in detail what happened during and after hurricane Katrina {2005}. RULE BY SECRECY, QUOTING FROM THE PROTOCOLS: "... We shall saddle and bridle [the press] with a tight curb... Not a single announcement will reach the public without our control." [Protocol 12] "In our program one third of [the masses] will keep the rest under observation from a sense of duty, on the principle of volunteer service to the State. It will be no disgrace to be a spy and informer, but a merit ... how else [are] we to ... increase ... disorders?" [Protocol 17] ELEANOR: And let me repeat that: KEEP THE REST UNDER OBSERVATION ON THE PRINCIPLE OF VOLUNTEER SERVICE TO THE STATE. That is what we experience. Vigilante stalking, folks, 24/7! Well, at this point, listener, you can begin to see that covert plans to dominate, exploit and enslave the common citizen are neither ancient history nor are they that unusual. It is just that you and I don't know about them, because only books like RULE BY SECRECY or the Patriot broadcasts are where you find the information. I ask you to take away from this show at least a glimmer of the idea that what we vigilante stalking targets are reporting is not totally inconsistent with real, unsanitized history. At this point in time, in my view, the most helpful thing that anyone can do is increase the NUMBERS of people who are at least AWARE of vigilante gang stalking. That way, the person sharing the information isn't risking their personal reputation. If the person you mention this crime syndrome to rejects it, fine, just drop the subject. But those of us who are targets give you our sincerest thanks for trying. Ultimately, if we can increase our NUMBERS enough, perhaps vigilante stalking can be stopped before it affects you or your loved ones! And don't forget that civilian harassment groups are a standard feature of all tyrannical governments, even during the time a dictator is working towards the takeover. Hitler had harassment squads in civilian clothes, Stalin did, and so has every other dictator.
